    Absolute rubbish! stopped my car from working and head office were no help at all! It happend to three other cars and they still wont do anything. Now I have a massive bill to sort my car out! Not happy!

    assistants had very little english. had no idea what to do when credit card machine failed.I had to pay to withdraw cash to be able to leave after a 15 minute wait

    I WENT TO GET PETROL FROM EASTERN ROAD AS IT WAS DISPENSING IT SPRAYED FROM LOOSE ATTACHMENT ALL OVER ME FRON MY CHEST DOWN ,ATTENDENT SAID MANAGER WOULD GET BACK TO ME ,DID HE NO ??. MY DAUGHTER WAS WITH ME WAS PETRIFIED I COULD GO UP IN FLAMES IF BY SMOKER ON WAY HOME ,,SHE WAS RIGHT THOUGH HAD TO THROW AWAY CLOTHES AND AM NOW VERY APPREHENSIVE FILLING MY CAR WITH PETROL !!!!!!! IS THIS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE I DONT THINK SO I AM NOW GOING TO MAKE COMPLAINT TO HEAD OFFICE VERY DISSAPOINTED

    Been a Long time Resident of London fields, regularly shop at the hub branch TEXACO..

    However most recently, two new attendants have been manning the counter and have shown the most appalling customer service, I'm really so shocked and reluctant to return to your fuel depot..

    They ignore customers..speak amongst themselves..they are rude..and threatening.
    I just Don't believe it..!!

    I've never come across this before from any of your fuel stations..!!

    Although the Texaco shop is quite expensive. Some of the staff are lovely, every weekend i go in and they are so helpful, polite, chatty, smiling and welcoming a really good start or finish to my day. The forecourts always clean and tidy with sand put on any petrol spillage. The shops always well stocked and clean. A few of the staff find it hard to smile or speak sometimes, (mainly the girls.)
