    Would not reccommend this company to my worst enemy. I purchased a number plate which was not suitable for my car, was told i could only have a refund if he got one from the DVLA which i obtained after a long time. The owners manner then changed and refused a refund, often used bad language and on one occasion repeatadly rang my phone up to twenty times while in a meeting. The matter has took a year to resolve through the courts which i got my refund in full because it was an off the shelf item. Poor customer service, rude people if they don't get their way and pester with emails. Do your self a favour and stick with the DVLA. Only got one star because program would not let me proceed with nil, or minus.

    Above and beyond.I contacted the team at The Private Plate company with a reg inquire relating to an old family photo, trying to date it, i though it was a long shot but... there telephone manner and eagerness to help was phenomenal. the product knowledge of the industry was second to none. this team of experts pulled from a grainy old photo which only just showed the car the year and month it was made June 1909 100 years ago, allowing me to date and confirm the photo. imagine what they could d ...

    I was always wary of buying thing on the internet but this was an excellent service, everything was turned around by return of post, best price and I was given great advice. Thank you. Would recommend without hesitation.
    Excellent helpful and friendly service. Even got some pics of the original car the plate was on!

    very happy with service, my plate was advertised with another company for £1000 more than i paid the private plate company.

    Preferred buying over the phone as everything was explained to me. I didn't know the first thing and it was explained fully and simply. I even had the plastic plates delivered the next day. Very pleased overall and would recommend highly.

    My overall feeling was that I was dealing with honest people.I had no knowledge re the process of acquiring a 'private plate' and the Private Plate Company spent time explaining it to me.
