An email was sent almost immediatley asking me to send my details and relevant paperwork - with an s.a.e. - by registered post. It's well worth paying the extra £17.99 for someone from the company to literally go round to DVLA Swansea, sit there and get the registration certificate organised straight away. This is the second plate I have bought, the reason I returned the second time was because the buying and transfer was made so easy, again was not disappointed , easy phone call to buy, really nice knowledgeable people, so quick delivery of the plates themselves( I bought on the Tuesday) plates arrived Wednesday, I've had friends that have done the transfer themselves and it's taken them weeks, my husbands plate was on in a week with every thing done. I rang up, paid a deposit over the phone, got the paperwork in the post the day after, sent it all back then they took care of the whole transfer for me. “Overcoming unavoidable problems”

During the transfer process numerous, unavoidable problems cropped up. i.e. DVLA went on strike, twice! There were 2 Bank Holidays, Martyn went on a well deserved holiday and DVLA locked my documents in a safe and forgot about them! Despite all this, Martyn kept in constant contact with me, from Dubai! and sorted the matter out with DVLA immediately on his return to the UK. Excellent communications, excellent service.
