    website showed tonns of deals and bargains, when i called them the women on the line gave me the highest price out there and then when asked how much it was costing for this call she said no one at cheap tickets new how much the call was going to cost me. i just hope i dont get some bill for £10 a minute

    The ticket price reduced in a week by about 100$ after I bought it.
    Cheap Tickets prices are pretty much the same as on other sites.
    They don't have Price Assurance and would not refund.

    I booked 2 tickets to South America connecting through LA with cheaptickets.com 4 months prior to my scheduled travel. I received all the necessary confirmations, and confirmed them via phone prior to leaving for the airport. When we arrived at the airport we were informed there was no booking for our first flight to LA-our flight had been canceled without our consent.     In December I went from San Francisco to Mexico on tickets I booked through Cheap Tickets. Prior to my departure I received a confirmation of my flights by email, which indicated no changes to my tickets. However, this information was not correct. Our return flight was operated by Alma de Mexico which had gone out of business nearly a month before our departure. Cheap Tickets apparently didn't feel this warranted informing their customers.     I booked a room through cheaptickets. When I selected the hotel it was a Wingate but once I paid for and confirmed the purchase it turned out to be a Travelodge. I went ahead because I still needed a room. Once I got there the hotel was dispicable. The room had a terrible smell, no internet connection and was not clean.     I booked an internation multi-city flight. The flight is flying into Athens on Delta and flying from Rome to Orlando on Austrian Airlines origianlly. Austrian canceled one of their flights so we were rebooked on Lufthansa. Cheaptickets said they could not reprint the paper tickets and that Delta had to do it and they sent me to the airport.     Wow - I think I must be the only one who did not have a problem with CheapTickets! I paid for a multi-city Atlantic hop from Europe to America, through Canada, then back to Europe. It was 5 cities in all.

    The site was relatively easy to use. I keyed in the cities and dates, and the site started compiling flights and prices. I ended up booking all the flights with Delta Airlines. No trouble when paying with my credit card.

    I reserved my flight and cancelled my reservation due to some urgent issue. I called them to request a refund one and half month before my flight. The customer service representative said that I am able to get a refund. However, I did not receive any refund after one month.     You might save a hundred bucks but you pay for what you get in my opinion.

    We were assigned last rear seats of MD 80. Our window was about 8 inches from Engine nacelle. Could see only cowling of Engine. Very, very noisy for me.

    My friends and I booked reservations with cheaptickets.com. When we got to Mexico our reservations were moved from the hotel we were staying at. We didn't hear from anyone that this was happening. We had to to complain for an hour or so to get another room. Turns out they were sending us to another hotel and from the look of it there was about 20 other people in our situation.     I just got off the phone with a cheaptickets representative. I was on hold for 73 minutes. My return flight has changed twice since I booked it. Customer Service do not seem very helpful, I feel as though they just constantly tell me one thing, put me on hold, then come back with something entirely different.I have had much better experiences with Priceline and Orbitz. I will gladly choose my flight times blindly through Priceline.com than deal with CheapTickets.com's ever-changing itineraries a ...

    They have no customer service , really don't want to speak to you, as they never get back to you. And seem to do what they want with your flights, which is not suitable for a paying customer.
    Would never use them again, and haven't even got off the ground yet, having read some of the other comments I am beginning to think that I might never get off on my holidays.

    I needed to make a simple change to a reservation. I've made three calls so far and am no closer to getting it done. I was asked to return the paper ticket (who on earth uses paper tickets anymore besides this company?!?) and they now claim to have not received it. So now am I not able to get my return changed but have no ticket for my outbound. Don't bother using this site, unless you are sure you will NOT need to change your ticket.     Customer service is unhelpful, they offered no help in exceptional circumstances as far as I am concerned. I do not recommend cheap tickets.com, I personally payed for the tickets but then as far as I am concerned could not get the money back when I wanted a refund.

    Cheaptickets are well know for their bad service. They issued me a confirmation ticket and when I reached airport on early morning, I was told by the airline that no reservation was made. When I called Cheaptickets, customer service, they gave a bad response. They told, that airline did not accept the request, but how the hell they could charge me from my card and also issue a confirmation ticket. As, the name implies, they have a cheap attitude.

    My check card/Mastercard was declined online and given two reasons/number codes by Cheaptickets [bank not accepting charges, incorrect security code]. Called customer service checked with technical support and business office who confirmed that for security reasons, they flagged my check card.     After 3 days and 8 hours on phone rehashing same problem,I was blown off by promising emails proving corrections had been made. They never came. finally straightened out problems through merciful airline customer service rep. I will never buy through them again.

    I booked a flight from Mumbai, India to Shanghai, China through Singapore. I was able to book online and paid for that ticket. The status is "Confirmed" when I booked it. Then after 30 seconds, I wanted to make sure about the date and looked it up in "My Trips". I only saw the flight from Mumbai to Singapore, the next part is gone.
