    Good Points: Staff, reception areas, food, location.


    Bad Points: Quite a few language students made the hotel quite lively.


    General comments: I loved the Bugibba, Primera. Great location and lovely staff, very friendly. Food was good, my picky 14 year old loved it and tried lots of dishes, breakfast good. I would defo return. Streets are noisy but not loutish, busy in an interesting sort of way. Quite a bit of repeat bookings.

    Very helpful staff especially the restaurant team. Nice relaxing splash pool on roof with excellent views. Room could need a bit of maintenance and air conditioning is not strong enough! Breakfast is good English and continental! In all, this hotel is good, just a little extra care and it will be excellent!

    Brilliant, great,fantastic. Location location location! 10 stars for that. Primera Hotel rooms are big and bright(I got a view of the square) Staff are friendly. Food was good, not out of the world but tasted nice and was hot. Place was always clean, inc the pool areas.
    Def Be back.

    Ignore the guy that says "avoid this place like the plague!"
    Some people would go to paradise and complain about the milk and honey!
    The Primera Hotel is fine, basic but clean, air conditioned, nice views from the balconies, in an area that isn't club central but lively with restaurants and some bars and has very helpful and polite staff, what more do you want from a cheap and cheerful holiday?

    Primera Hotel is a poor version of a 3 star Hotel. WHY?
    The food is good quality but the selection is to limited. Charging for water at restaurant rates while eating pre paid half board at a table is not such a good idea is it? Water should be free.

    If you like to party you'll love the prime location of this hotel and the fact it is short walk to shops, clubs, pubs, buses and the sea. But if you like to sleep at night FORGET IT. The external soundproofing is non existent and the streets are ...

    Avoid the Primera Hotel like the plague! Like all hotels, they have internal rooms which are only fit for storage ie they have no windows or are looking out onto internal ventilation shafts, smelly and no decor. The Primera like many other Maltese Hotels have started a con game in which they accidentally overbook their hotel standard rooms forcing you to be placed in a storage room, offering you a small discount if you complain.     The Primera hotel is in central Bugibba, Malta and is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. And if you didn't like the food they would always cook something else for you. The views from the promenade were pretty.
