I wish we never switched to Trend Micro. It's always reporting virus/spywares but can't seem to clean it or remove it. The funny part is the server reports that the client has risks incident, but when I log on to the client pc and do the scan it says clean. What gives?

OfficeScan Corporate is awesome antivirus software from Trend Micro. More than three years ago, they had a lot of the features that are just now showing up in other biz-oriented antivirus packages costing significantly more. The only virus that has caught us flat-footed since we migrated to OfficeScan was the Nimda virus, and that was more than half our own fault.
