Good Points: Ease of use, price, picture quality and camera options.

      Bad Points: Small screen.

General comments: We bought the Samsung Digimax 360 digital camera as a gift for our daughter in 2003. We paid less than $200 for the camera, and it is still functional and still used on a regular basis. She has had no problems at all with the camera. She's taken pictures in all three modes (color, B&W and sepia) as well as short videos. The video option does drain the batteries quickly, but that's to be expected.

I've used the camera often, and my only complaint would be about the small size of the viewing screen.

It is easy to turn on and easy to operate, even for someone who is a novice with digital photography.

I'd recommend this camera to anyone.

At the beggining I couldn't always turn the Samsung Digimax 360 digital camera on, and got a low battery sign (even with new batteries), then we had to buy a new memory card and change the lens. You can't turn it on quickly, and you have to stand as still as a rock for a good picture.
