    Good Points: Zoom is fine, easy to handle.


    Bad Points: Picture quality is bad. Most pictures have a tint of the maximum color in the background.


    General comments: In full resolution the image quality of the HP PhotoSmart 635 is not good. The movie recording isn't very good either. Camera is fine, but slight drops on the lens gets the water inside the lens. With rechargable batteries it works for approx 80-100 images provided live view is turned off.

    I bought my HP PhotoSmart 635 as a first camera.
    The pics are not bad at close range but at longer distances it suffers badly.
    With a decent printer you can get a good quality pic.
    Battery life is very poor indeed, get rechargeable batteries because you will need them.
    I am glad I started with this camera but want something better now. The f410 is my choice.
