Just returned from mullion (parkdean)thought we would have a late break before the winter.Having stayed on several different sites with different companys i've got to say this was the WORST.Dirty site,Bungalow not cleaned,Very bad smell of mould,Bathroom was filthy with mould and filth around the shower,Carpets and sofas were both dirty as well as all the cups, plates ect.Well overpriced on food and drink and onsite facilities were very very poor considering it is suppose to be a family site. The only good point for this site is that it is situated in a beautiful part of cornwall.

We Stayed in a bungalow at the Parkdean Camp at Mullion and opted for the half board package.
The bungalow was adequate, clean enough although it did have a musty smell to it.
The food was excellent and really good value for the cost of the half board package.
Although we mainly spent our time off site during the day there seemed like plenty of things going on to entertain young kids, The indoor swimming pool was pretty busy and too shallow to swim but the outdoor pool was a good temperature and ...

we spent 2 week on the Mullion Park dean campsite,( tent),we have never experienced any facilities like the ones at Mullion. They were unclean and the smell of urine in the shower / toilet block gave me great concern , especially when there was alot of fliud (???)visual on the floor. I had concern over my children using these facilities. I was lucky enough that my parents travelled with us and hired a static caravan, so our trips to the toilet and to the showers were a lenghty treck to there ca ...

I have just returned from a holiday at the Mullion site from Park Dean holidays. We took a touring van with us and I can only say that I have never stayed anywhere with such poor facilities. It's the middle of August so was fairly busy - and yet the showers and toilets were appalling. They were only cleaned once a day - usually about 1pm - this meant that they were filthy by early evening and certainly by the following morning. Toilets were constantly blocked and the chemical disposal point was ...

We are seasoned campers and caravanners so are by no means posh and don't mind slumming it but have just returned from a week at Parkdean, Mullion,The Lizard and were pretty disappointed.

We arrived early and had to wait for our accommodation to be ready. This gave us plenty of time to look around the site. The caravans looked Ok but basic the site was untidy, rubbish bins overflowed and there seemed to be loads of maintenance going on (surely that should all be done before the peak season). T ...

We stayed June 09 and we found nothing wrong with the site. We stayed for 7 days and it was the best UK holiday we've had. The Parkdean camp site was clean and there was plenty to do for the kids and the restaurant food was very good.
And we would recommend it to our friend.

Only a couple of positive comments which is that the the park is set in a nice location. Staff were friendly. Nice cornish pasties in the Costcutter shop!! I went camping here and the communal toilets, showers & washrooms were unclean and smelt very badly. The bins were always overflowing with rubbish on the campsite. The ground flooded when it rained and was very very muddy! We ate at the restaurant which was in my opinion overpriced and not once did they get my main meal order correct. Too ...

Parkdean, Mullion, The Lizard: Lovely park. Good facilities. Food varied and good value with a carvery available each day as well as full menu. Entertainment ok. We stayed in a "Helston" caravan which apart from needing a new carpet was fine. Indoor and outdoor pools were fun.
Couple of slight niggles but overall a lovely place to spend a long weekend. Would def go back.

We stayed in pet friendly accommodation, so knew it wouldn't be the best. Was adequate though and certainly liveable. Had a great time, enjoyed the entertainment and Kennack sands, just down the road is great for dogs and beautiful. Food on site a little pricey but not as bad as some, same as drinks. Local shop on site too.

Reception, animation, bar and pub, and entertainment were very good. I think the cleaning of the caravans could be done better. Nice park, ideal for families.

Me my husband and my 2 year old enjoyed ouor stay at Mullion. Right where we wanted to be and a 5 min drive from the gorgeous Kynance Cove. I would say though that we went off peak last week of June, the pool was very quiet when we went, didnt have to book table for dinner, soft play area we were nearly always the only ones in there - Im not sure I would brave this park during peak summer holidays, think it may be a completely different experience! We had a fab quiet week in quiet holiday park a ...

This holiday park is now owned by Parkdean Holidays and they seem to be spending money on this park to get it to the standard of previous Parkdean holiday parks I have stayed in before. All the caravans looked in good order a lot of them looked new. We stayed in a 2008 entry level caravan which was great value for the money. The new Kynance bar, carvery, cafe is great. The kids loved the crazy caves ball pit and they liked the indoor pool despite the temperature of the water on some days not bei ...

Ii took my family to Mullion holiday park with some friends. We arrived a tad early to be told my friends caravan was ready but ours was not, fine we thought we could wait in hers till ours was ready it was only next door we sat in my friends and watched the cleaner go in to mine after 20 mins and a ciggie and a long mobile phone call she left not a dish cloth or a hoover in sight. Both caravans were disgusting we called maintenance to be told they were busy. We went to eat in the restaurant cam ...

Very disappointed on arrival at the condition of the caravan, it was very dirty and needed serious cleaning before unloading our car. The outdoor pool was closed almost every day we were there and the indoor pool had slick surface areas where children could easily fall just walking. While the staff were friendly and did their best to service guests, the overall condition of the park wouldn't entice us to book a holiday in Mullion again, or at Weststar Park.

We stayed at mullion holiday park august bank holiday week and were really looking forward to it but when we arrived we to were very disapointed. The swimming pools weren't even deep enough to swim in, ok if you have small children I suppose but mine were teenager. The Stargate inn and club were very child friendly to with nothing for the adults till about 9 oclock and then you have to hope you can get a seat. The restaurant is a mixture of internet cafe come pub come cafe with sky tv, we never ...

We have enjoyed 2 good holidays with Weststar at Looe Bay and Sandford, and we thought we'd give Mullion a go this year expecting a similar holiday. How wrong!

After a 9 hour drive we pulled up at the site, and knew immediately what we were in for. The site looked tatty, dirty and swarming with unruly brats. Then we got to our caravan. It was filthy! We are not fussy people, but the mattresses were full of grass and long black hairs, the toilet was filthy, the shower was full of hairs, as was ...

After careful consideration on where to go and stay we chose Weststar Holiday Parks, Mullion as its 'glossy' website made it look really nice. When we arrived at our caravan it was filthy, crumbs, sugar etc. all around the kitchen area, the floors had obviously had a 'quick once over' with a brush but there was evidence of the previous occupants on the bedroom floor i.e. bits of empty cigarette packaging and used drinking straws, The shower cubicle was covered in mold and mildew, but I think ...
