Lloyds TSB have so many numbers for different issues, and if you happen to call the wrong one it's an endlessy being redirected - last week it took me 2 hours on the phone and there was no solution to my problem, because it was not standard. In the 2 hours I went through 3 different depts and varied answers. The knowledge and customer service skills of operators vary widely. However, pretty standard information is accessible automatically and if you need material they are fast in posting it.

Lloyds TSB started out ok, but as soon as there was a problem I could not find anyone who could help me. There customer service as a whole is a poor, the individual people are nice enough but the system as a whole is useless. It took me weeks to get my password for internet banking and I got charged £180 for being overdrawn by £30 for 2 weeks! Every time I phoned them with a problem I got passed from person to person or told to phone another number, the branches couldn't help me eith ...

Virtually impossible to get through on the phone if you are out of the country. I need to speak to Commercial Street Branch with speed, no chance.....I was told by a polite staff member, I will ask someone in Commercial Street to phone you. HO HO HO. as Father Christmas would say. A no no.Im afraid, NOT A WORD. Numbers with an 8 in front (Freephone ) are unobtainable from abroad. So what do I do next? Change Banks I think.

Have been banking with Lloyds TSB for 14 years. Stay well clear of them. For years friends have been telling me that Lloyds TSB isn't a good bank to deal with, but I didn't listen, as I always had money going in regularly.

As a reviewer said, they offer you all the perks when you don't need it, and when you need it they're not interested. Have been banking with them for 14 years, and in the past 6 months where i've been going through some financial difficulties, they've behaved appalling ...

I been with Lloyds TSB, last month I went to branch to ask them, can I get any overdraft, they told me no, but they told me we could offer you Lloyds TSB credit card with £3500 credit limit and 15.9 APR, they asked me to sign in a firm. Later 10 days I was received a credit card just with £500 credit limit and the APR rate with 27.9 %, can you imagine?, again I went to bank and asked them why it happened they told that under certain circumstances they will do like that. I asked them ...

First of all, when I opened a Lloyds TSB Select Bank Account, my name was misspelled on my card. It took me 45 minutes, and I was passed round to 5 people for this to be resolved. I was aware there was a charge for this type of account, and I didn't mind paying it, as the benefits attracted me, but when I opened the account I was told the charge was £3.50, and then I was charged £7. When I rang up to ask why, they said the £3.50 was an offer for the first 3 months. It would hav ...

I was miffed when my Select Account started charging me £7 for using my account. Previously, there was no charge, but I upgraded to take advantage of the benefits the £7 a month gave you (Sentinel protection, AA membership). When I tried downgrading my account (didn't need the features any more) I was told that I would be given 3 month free use and then the charge would be cancelled.

Was the charge cancelled? No it wasn't. I rang the Lloyds TSB customer service number, which is a ...

I have been banking with TSB (now Lloyds TSB) for around 10 years plus, and I can't wait to leave!

Their interest rates are a joke! Their account charges are a joke, and as for customer service and care, that's the biggest joke of the lot! They will throw money at you when you don't need it, but as soon as you need help they run and hide! 10 years of being a loyal banker got me nowhere with them.

I'm 32 and have been with Lloyds TSB for 29yrs, Got a Select Account a while ago and quite a few thousand goes in each month, This month I over spent, and used my overdraft. went over by £17, they charged me £20. I went in and they wouldn't up my limit from £200 to £250. Previously I have never been over my overdraft limit. Inflexible, indifferent attitudes. Am moving all my stuff to Alliance & Leicester.

Made an appointment to speak to the manager over current financial status, in my local Lloyds TSB bank I was given a telephone, it took 20 minutes to speak to a human being, and I still did not manage to resolve anything, If you end up being passed to their collection services you are on your own! There is no communication between the dfferent services of the same bank, a sinple request took 3 weeks to be sorted. They also help themselves to money from your account and then charge you because th ...

Been with the Lloyds TSB for 14 years but now im going to switch, they charge too much for overdrafts, there not interested in anyone who is not in credit. The other day I got a really snotty phone call from there collections depot and the person on the other end of the phone got very personal and was very threatening about spoiling my future in trying to get a mortgage all for a couple of pence overdrawn and its cost me 55 pounds.
