“Trip cancelation”

I had to cancel my flight and the airline will not refund me. According to their customer service agent they can't because they are a business and in business to make money. “WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

There was nothing to like about this flight experience other than my destination because it was for leisure. When I returned back from my vacation; my bag was not on my flight. I went out of the country. I was told my luggage never left the aiport with my departure. So I am thousands of miles away; get in on a late flight and waiting to receive my bag and did not get it. “Stuck at OAJ for two extra days!!!!!”

Because it took the airline SO LONG to finally cancel our flight (well after flights that were supposed to take off after ours had been cancelled) we ended up being stranded in Jacksonville unable to return home until Sunday 6/21/2015. All other flights departing the next day had already been totally booked because all flights AFTER OURS were cancelled before ours!!! “The worst”

US AIRWAYS you should be ashamed of yourselves. Customer service was awful..useless at best. This airline lies to people using the "bad weather" excuse for their delayed flights as if there's no way to check for weather information. They give away a pink voucher for a hotel (after they screw you over) with a phone number and when you call, they tell you that there are no more rooms available. “How difficult is communicating . . . ”

We flew on US Airlines Express (DCA) which meant an exit out to a bus for a ride to the plane. It was extremely warm in DC 97 degrees. The air was on in the bus but the doors were left open so the exhaust from the bus and hot air mixed with 30 plus people "standing" for over 20-25 minutes were extreme. There was not a bus driver during this time period and the bus engine shut down (which meant no air). Although this was brief, it added to the tenseness of the situation. i asked an attendant to do something for me and she said that she was too busy i had a tray that was eating from which was very unsteady so i had to eat holding it with one hand i know she was in a first class section as we never saw her in the 2nd class i had therefore no option but to put the tray on the floor and the economy attendant fell into it and had to clear it all up. i will expect an urgent answer with your comments, we paid a lot of money for better service than i received… Read Full Review

My husband and I had tickets with US Airlines to fly home from Cabo San Lucas through Phoenix to Omaha on June 8, 2015. The gate are Cabo was changed FOUR times and the plane was an hour late. When we got on, NO ONE said that the flight would be late for connections, that the gates would be changed, etc. We RAN through Customs, up to the gates....B26. “Worth airlines in the USA”

We left Seattle WA at 5:40 on 6/15/2015 to Philadelphia (lay over) for 4 hours but unaware to us our connecting flight was cancelled, we were given flight 5 times to get to NYC and guess what? All five flights were cancelled . Our last flight was 9:00pm and next schedule flight not until 5:00pm on June 16th. And guess what? This flight was cancelled also. “NIGHTMARE”

Booked Hawaii trip more than 3 months in advance. AA & US Air merge & flights are cancelled. New flights have bad times & NO assigned seats when traveling with small children. Phone hold times exceed hours every time as we try to look for better options & confirm. Again flights are changed seats are all over plane & NO attempt to help us sit together for 8 hour flight with kids. “Terrible Experience”

My experience with US Airways has been pretty awful. To begin, they have very strict restrictions on changing a flight. It will cost you $200 a ticket to change something about your flight (even just the time of the flight). Additionally, the customer service employees are rude on the phone and not very helpful. Another issue also is the wait time to get someone on the phone. It took me one hour once to reach a customer service rep. That is, if you can reach someone. I had booked non refundable tickets several months ago and coming up to my departure date I looked at some reviews of US airways online. To say I was a bit worried would be an understatement! “Worst airline ”

Can't find worse than us airway custom service. Once you paid for the ticket, they don't care you any more. My flight is at 6pm. Then the service person announced the flight was delayed to 7pm. By the time I arrived at the gate at 5:55pm i was told the flight was gone. They know I checked in, they know they announced the delay, they know they announced changing gate. Calling the president and CEO of US airways. Please fix your customer services people specially in-flight crew. I believed they need training for proper customer service. “Payed for ticket but never got one- charged my card”

I used their online booking, booked my expensive international flight and clicked the "pay now" button on the billing page. The confirmation page never loaded and I never got a confirmation number or ticket number emailed to me. I looked at my credit card statement online and they had charged my card anyway! “Disappointing”

No good airline at all, no food in a flight of 5hrs, just complimentary soft drinks, water or coffee. No entertainment at all no tv or radio, no wi-fi available. We flew from Phoenix to NY and got stuck in the last seats with no window and no reclinable seats for 5 hours when I booked the flight 3months in advance and there were empty seats available. “No "low price guarantee"”

US Airways has always been a headache to fly with late flights, cancelled flights, overbooked flights, overweight flights. Now a new one - a "low price guarantee" that is not that at all; totally false statement on their part. We booked relatively early as we usually do with them only to have the price drop by $212 in the next two months.
