Good Points: Are you kidding me!!!
Bad Points: Too many to mention here
General comments: There is nothing I like about US Airways, we were flying from Seattle-Chicago-Philadelphia-Birmingham (UK).Customer service is horrible, flight was delayed from Chicago, so we missed our flight from PHL to Birmingham and we had to fight to get a flight even to London from Chicago (which US Airways was reluctant and wanted us to stay two days in a cheap hotel in Chicago). US airways did not give us any coupons etc. to compensate our inconvenience, we have to pay for our own for taxi or bus to Birmingham from London. Very bad experience.If you are a Canadian, avoid traveling via USA altogether and pay little extra and take any Canadian or European Airlines.

US Airways is Bad, very bad. Flew this month from Manchester (UK) to Orlando and was disgusted. The transAtlantic flight through Philidelphia was cramped, the food was vile, and on what I was hearing from other passengers - I refused to visit the toilets.
Ph - on to Orlando the seats were roomier (????)

I flew US Airways CMH-CLT and they had very good service. The seats were nice and smooth and they got to Charlotte real fast. A great airline to fly.

Never flown with US Airways before, having used KLM/NWA and Lufthansa/United before. Worth considering on cost and convenience, but is very basic. Philly appeared to be a far better entry point than others used, notably Washington Dulles.

I booked flights with US Airways through Expedia. I'd never heard of them before so did my research - it horrified me! The reviews were awful. - DO NOT fly US Airways if you are traveling with a companion and intend to sit together. US Airways now charges $30 ($15/person) to ' relocate ' in order to sit together (after they separate you even though you initially booked the tickets far in advance and for ADJACENT seats)! I have just returned from a holiday to Las Vegas which included 4 US Airways flights and fel like I must have travelled with another airline as I did not receive the treatment described by your other reviewers. I do not dispute their accounts but this is what happened to us

Check in at London Heathrow. The staff were helpfull efficient and flexible re seating us together as we had been allocated seats appart on both of the outward flights.

US Airways flight left on time, and arrived on time. However, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Flight attendants were rude and seemed put upon to do anything. Had to rely on other passengers with help finding a place to stow a bag. If you've got other airlines from which to choose, do so.

US Airways is by far the worst airline I have ever flown with (Im a fairly frequent flyer, flying 2-3 times per month). US Airways service has really gone to pot since the airlines in general started charging for everything. The flight attendants are disgustingly rude and just dare you to say anything with their poor attitudes. Any question asked usually gets a mediocre response at best. If you need anything at all you better have your cash ready.

Horrible, bad, discraceful, worst ever, are just some of the words that describe US Airways. When I flew the cabin was dark and gloomy it was messy and there was no room( it was not even a full flight). The crew was very unprofessional and their uniforms were ugly. Take it from me never fly on this airline
