I have written an excellent review of how easy it was to use CheapOAir but this one is not that way. It is when I needed to deal with talking to an actual person things were not good. My ticket was to fly home from Ukraine. My plans had to change and I not only wanted to change my ticket but to another date but wanted to add 2 more oneway tickets to it. i am khulood khaled, a bahraini citizen, i am 19 years old, i am searching for a morning job. i am studying in Ama international university BS. in business informatics. my thoughts about vustomer is service its like customer care, we should help them, make them satisfied, answer any calls, give appointments. i have experience in secretary for four months. i hope my review meets the need for the job.

“In general the Airline Customer Service Agents are...”

In general the Airline Customer Service Agents are angels in a daft uniform. We work shifts, little or no overtime and in my opinion, for not enough money, no bonus and no thanks from our employer. Customers can be very abusive and I have received no support from the airline itself so far.
However, there is something that gets us up every morning and that is the customers we help. They can be very grateful and thankful for the help they receive. (read more)
