This is a nice brand. I like to shop there even though I rarely find what I am looking for. But when I do it almost always is perfect. However do be aware that their prices are quite high. I find the shops very nice and easy to navigate. I like the tops from Wallis, they suit me well. Keep up the good work guys....

I had never shopped with Wallis but received a special offer and decided to take a look. Pleasantly surprised by the great range of products - particularly the dresses. Easy to use website. Bought a lovely navy dress, arrived on time with no service problems. Good quality item for a reasonable price. Would definitely shop online with Wallis again....

I experienced poor customer service. Delivered wrong items, kept me on hold for 35 minutes. Provided an email address that responds with an automatic email stating that you will not get a reply to your email. Did not process return when stated, kept me on hold for another 40 minutes when I was forced to call them for a second time. I received seemingly unapologetic rude customer service when I finally did get to speak to someone....

Wallis has an excellent range of work wear, and good going out gear for all occassions. Some items can be a little pricey, but the quality is good, and then do last....

I believe Wallis should not have been selling this garment to anyone, especially unsuspecting, naive young women, as a new garment. It is so obvious, on close inspection, that it was previously worn. It is too late for us to shop for a new dress. Wallis basically tainted the beauty of Senior Prom night for us. We are very disappointed....

Wallis is a FANTASTIC shop, I love it so much. No other high street shop has colour that vibrant in it. All the normal high street shops that I have been into recently have incredibly bland and boring pastel shades, Wallis colour is vibrant and unique I don't believe I have seen those exact colours anywhere else!
The staff are lovely, they really helped me!- I asked them to be honest and tell me what suited me and what I should wear and they came into the dressing room with an armful of clothes...

Wallis - I am a 30-year young fashion conscious woman. It is becoming increasingly hard to find young and trendy / glamorous items of clothing on the high street. The only shop that I go to regularly is Evans. Why oh why does Wallis not cater for us big and beautiful women?? We like to dress well!!! Don't we girls??? I really love the items that Wallis sell. Gorgeous, feminine items, which would look great on me if they went up to my size!! Why don't they?? Where does the priority lie? Am I not...

Oh how I agree....It really is about time that high street store realise the us bigger girls, like to look good too. I know wallis goes upto a size 20 on certain lines, but not all.

Whereas Monsoon have raised their limit to a size 22, & subsequently have increased their sales levels beyond expected, as we bigger girls, are so damn grateful to be able to buy fashionable, attractive clothes in good quality fabrics we will happily pay the higher prices that premium store charge.

So come on store owners, realise that not all big birds want to dress in crimpoline, & or tat.
The only real stores we have to chose from at the moment are Ann Harveys (which stear towards the more formal & older age bracket) or Evans, who, whilst doing a great service don`t always have the range of quality & or fabric selection that others COULD offer.
PLEASE REMEMBER BIG BIRDS WILL SPEND THEIR MONEY FOR FASHIONABLE CLOTHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I worked for Wallis design department as a work experience student for 6 months, they do have plans to introduce a new range for bigger women. I'm not sure when they are going to introduce it into stores, but it's in planning! Hope you will like it.

I have just been into the Wallis Oxford Street shop, the first time for about a year. It looks completely run down, the styles look dated and old, and where have all the pretty, classy looking clothes gone? I don't want to go back to that shop again, and it used to be my favourite!...

Wallis had used to be my favorite fashion shop in the 70s and 80s but now although the quality is good, I think most of the stock is not as stylish as it used to be, looking a little dated....
