Now don't get me wrong I love Topshop & their clothes but their delivery service is appalling. I placed an order on the 27th of April the latest delivery stated was 3rd May which is fair enough as they don't dispatch or deliver on weekends and I ordered my items with enough time (or so I thought) to receive them before bank holiday, but it is now 3rd of May & No items received. “Rubbish shop, Rubbish products”

For christmas my mum brought me the bag i wanted from topshop as a present and when i opened it on christmas day it had this awful fishy smell inside. I tried everything to get rid of the smell but it just wouldnt go. “Dismissive Manager in Grafton centre”

I bought a jumper and wore it for 4 hours, only for it to develop 6 "pulls." As I hadn't caused these pulls I took it back to the Grafton centre store in Cambridge to ask for a refund. The Manager claimed this was normal and the design. I said it would be impossible to wear a coat, jewellery or even use a seat belt, as it would cause more "pulls" and so would become tatty looking very quickly. If I could rate this zero stars I would. It's going on 3 weeks now and I haven't received my order which were a simple pair of earrings! They also gave me a tracking number that you literally cannot track. I paid for standard shipping and continually emailed customer service/called them and they still have not answered me back. I had 3 pairs of jeans shipped to Australia which arrived exactly when topshop said they would. Jeans are decent quality and true to size, I expected there to be variation in size - particularly with darker jeans. “Worst Experience”

I would give this 0 stars if this was an option. I have never seen such bad customer service or just plain service. I ordered an item and returned it and now they are claiming that their warehouse has not received it. Customer service is terrible!! The guy was rude even before I asked a dang question and he was trying to rush me off the phone before I even finished talking. I ordered a really cute pair of boots from topshop online 12/17/2012 it is Jan. 5 2012 now and I still dont have my boots! When I called their customer service they were so easily saying "oh we'll just give you a refund. I was like "no I want my boots!" It did take longer (6 weeks) as it was holidays and the order was shipped between UK and Canada and back (without costing me anything). I received my refund in full within 3 business days. I'm dealing with this right now and I'm getting extremely fed up. Do they even have a customer service???? I keep getting the same robotic email and the number on their website doesn't even work (busy signal every time I call). They provided me with a tracking number that I'm not even able to track my purchase. I've sent them (no joke) ten emails asking them where my order is and I have gotten a bogus email stating that they will investigate then went completely MIA. What email did you contact to get a reply, because the form I'm filling out on their website doesn't seem to get a decent respond from them. I ordered something from there on the october 15th and it's not the 27th. I will never shop here ever again. Now I have no idea how to go about getting my damn money back. Please advise.

I placed on order on August 10th (40 euros). After 5 days they replied saying that it was dispached. They gave me a tracking number and the reference to this international shipping courier. “One Wear Leggings”

Tried to return our Daughters Leggings that had been purchased 8 days ago and worn once . The seam had come apart and made a larger hole in the bottom of the leggings. I was told by the manager in her early to mid 20s that the fault was caused by fair wear and tear after being worn once and a refund would not be given and that was her final decision. That has happened to me to only they then cancelled the order without asking me first. I never saw my order at all and was given gift cards in exchange which I will most certainly not be spending. The customer service as you say is disgraceful and their management of such affairs unacceptable.

I bought 2 dresses from Rare (Topshop website). I was told my courier for some reason they could not return Topshop items. SO I took them to a store only to be told I could not do that either due to them being from a concession. So I went as instructed as used the dreaded Royal Mail. 4 weeks later no refund. The jewelry and clothes were very cheap looking and the quality was the worst I have ever seen. The fabric was so thin on the dress you could see through it. It didnt look anything like online. I would not recommend this shop as it is usually half empty with not enough assistants or great service.
The shops are never very big in themselves and sell usually horrible or down right rip off clothes for outrageous prices, frankly they are not worth the money they are being sold for.
Nothing is well organised its just drips and drabs all over the place of random things in random section nothing has been put into any kind of order, although usually tidy it is a hard job finding things... (read more)
