I have just tried to use the on-line shopping at Zara! Am I the only one who finds this website incredibly difficult to navigate and use. I gave up after third attempt and am sure that Zara is losing a lot of customers because of its rubbish website.- Read Guest's review (48 words)

Attractive pattern and colour but difficult to iron. Poor design--no breast pocket, single buttonhole cuff, collar stiffeners loose and archaic. Supplier Grupo Inditex, no.5527/354/620/42. Unable to examine shirt before purchase because of packaging.- Read Guest's review (33 words)

Zara jackets are amazing: I bought one ytwo days ago for 39' (regular price not on sale)that I have seen almost identical on Princess Caroline. Perfect tailoring in Zara woman, it fits perfectly.
Leather bags are incredibly chic and fashionable, at affordable prices too.
On pants, tshirts and blouses, I prefer H&M,they are very flattering but jackets in H&M usually look cheap an not ironed.
Sizes are much bigger in H&M than in Zara.
Zara prices are the lowest in Spain, sometimes even 30% l ...- Read Guest's review (126 words)

I bought a dress in Zara Belgrade and put it on my credit card. I bought some gloves with cash. I decided 30 mins later to return the dress. The only receipt in the bag (and I checked my wallet etc) was the credit card receipt. I wanted to exchange the dress, but they insisted the credit card receipt, untouched dress and perfect memory of me was not enough!
I suspect the guy didn't give me a receipt. He may even have pocketed the cash. I'm really frustrated.- Read Guest's review (87 words)

I went to the branch of Zara by Oxford Circus this afternoon especially to look for a top i had seen someone wear and was shocked by my experience. The store was a complete mess, the staff were unfriendly and sulky and were completely unhelpful when i asked them if they knew where i could find the top i was looking for. I asked 2 sales assistants who looked at me blankly and said they didn't know and that i should look on the other floor to which i was currently on with the 3rd assistant i aske ...- Read Filerstyler's review (192 words)

The sizes are ridiculous . I am not large and take a 12-14 jacket at Next and Per Una , yet I need an XL at Zara but they rarely have that size in stock. I don't like the way clothes are piled up as if in a jumble sale . Why do they not have a proper UK online shop and why do they not read the reviews and take action where necessary . Do they really want to increase their sales and profits. Holes appearing in garments after one wearing is not good enough and of course when I took t shirts back t ...- Read Guest's review (130 words)

Zara customer service absolutely awful. Three different sales girls at two branches were all rude and uphelpful. One even accused me of having stolen the number tag from changing room when in fact she had forgotten to give it to me in the first place. Another was completely unwilling to go to the store room to find the shoes in my size.
General atmosphere actually made me not want to make a purchase.- Read Guest's review (73 words)

Zara is a wonderful shop. Especially the kids section - it's not tacky or too old for them, and shows good tailoring. I have regularly bought from Zara, and it's pleasing that the new styles are in quickly, and sales are good, with some racks full of clothes priced at £6! I also like how they have a good selection of plain clothing, as this is hard to come buy in other shops. Admittedly, sometimes you get lose strings etc, but for the pricing and the look, it doesn't really matter. I wish m ...- Read Guest's review (97 words)

Surprised to see so many negative reviews on Zara as Ive got nothing but good things to say about them
Having 'discovered' one of the shops in London about 6 or 7 years ago I've bought from there on and off ever since.
The things I like about Zara are the fact that, for the price, the quality is actually pretty good. Also, they change the stock very, very regulary, much more regularly than most shops. So, if you pop in every couple of months you're pretty much guaranteed to see entirely new s ...- Read glenc's review (169 words)

I am a regular shopper at Zara and love how they have new and fashionable stock in each week. The clothes are of good quality and the staff I find to be very helpful and friendly. Compared with other high street stores such as Topshop, I find the clothes to be for the most cheaper and of better quality.- Read Guest's review (77 words)

well the quality of the clothes and items in the Zara store are amazing so i would be willing to pay that little bit extra on the highstreet for that more designer look than paying full wack.

I shop at Zara in Berlin Germany. I bought some "Harem pants" which were fantastic, and fantastically cheap; which, like people said, developed a hole or two after a couple of months. However, I was at another branch of the store today and they had an amazing selection; bigger than I'd ever seen. The "Trafalc"?? brand in Zara I find fantastic; very punky and cool. They had a summer sale on when I went today, and there were loads of clothes piled up and around that weren't reduced, in amongst th ...- Read Guest's review (157 words)

The worst experience was to be accused for having damaged the items which were falling apart while practically new. I had two items from 215,Oxford street, London and one from Windsor. Both managers were obviously used to the kind of the situation and knew how to make the customer feel miserable while sounding innocent .Thus the question is if it`s the policy of the company , otherwise the managers would not dare to treat the customers as if they were either weak-minded or tricky persons.
