Respect : 0Good Points: Regular change in stock Friendly StaffGood quality and pricing
Bad Points: Not many items of clothing in each size
General comments: I am a regular shopper at Zara and love how they have new and fashionable stock in each week. The clothes are of good quality and the staff I find to be very helpful and friendly. Compared with other high street stores such as Topshop, I find the clothes to be for the most cheaper and of better quality.

Respect : 0I shop at Zara in Berlin Germany. I bought some "Harem pants" which were fantastic, and fantastically cheap; which, like people said, developed a hole or two after a couple of months. However, I was at another branch of the store today and they had an amazing selection; bigger than I'd ever seen. The "Trafalc"?? brand in Zara I find fantastic; very punky and cool. Respect : 0The worst experience was to be accused for having damaged the items which were falling apart while practically new. I had two items from 215,Oxford street, London and one from Windsor. Both managers were obviously used to the kind of the situation and knew how to make the customer feel miserable while sounding innocent .Thus the question is if it`s the policy of the company , otherwise the managers would not dare to treat the customers as if they were either weak-minded or tricky persons. Respect : 0checked out the website not great, infact i had been in a Zara store earlier in the day and saw stuff i did not have time to purchase, hence i looked up the website, not good, did not find the clothes on there, the site is not particular user friendly!

Respect : 0I am a larger lady size 16, and just love some Zara jackets. Unfortunately even the XL are too small, they just dont have enough width. Please look at your sizing I dont buy XL in any make and yours are really small. I would just love to be able to purchase them, so please look to see if you could come up with some a little larger.

Respect : 0I do like the clothes in Zara and the shoes, however, there were a particular pair of shoes that I wanted but they did not have my size, I asked if I could purchase them online and was told that Zara does not have an online store. I then asked if I could have the shoes ordered in, they couldn't do that. I then asked if they could have the shoes transferred from another store and that was not possible either. My local Zara is in Milton Keynes and the closest stores other than MK is either Camb ...

Respect : 0This is Zara in the Eaton Center store, Toronto, Ontario CANADA. Customer service was poor. Not very consistent with advising customers to try on jackets....one salesperson advised me to use dressing room to try on a jacket. Meanwhile, there were other customers in the store who where trying on shirts/blouses and did not use dressing room

Respect : 0Zara used to be a great resonably priced clothing shop which stocked great fitted shirts and other items which made up your staple wardrobe. The quality always used to be ok as well and I still have a couple of things which have stood the test of time from about five years ago that still look great (if still fashioniable debatable but hey!). However, i think over the last three or so years the quality has gone down hill and my local store always looks a mess with clothes on the floor and screwed ...

Respect : 0So disapointed with the shop Zara in the white rose centre Leeds. The staff were not interested in helping with advice. The question i asked "do you have a size 17" collar in the style i can see displayed ?" Answer "yep look on the shelf it should be there" I found the size and purchased a shirt that fits very well, however it has a small hole in the back. Respect : 0my regular zara is at a shopping centrer in sheffield. i think zara offer amazing designs for the price you pay. ive had a few things develop small holes but i expect that from most retailers as the products are mass produced. I have a top in my wardrobe and on returing home after i bought it i found one of the ditachable straps had fallen off somewhere. Respect : 0Bought a T-Shirt from Zara, that after one wash holes appeared in the material. When i took it back the manager who kept me waiting for an hour and half accused me of burning with an iron and refused to exchange it. I will not recommend nor will i shop there again. The staff are very rude!!

Respect : 0I shopped at Zara at Fashion Show Mall during my spring break this past March, 2009.Extremely saddened, as I just now wanted to go online and order another shrug that I had purchased there, and to my dismay, there is no online shopping for this retailer. They should re-evaluate this situation, and get online shopping up and running.
