Good Points: Cuts across the age barrier. Clean, fresh and very smart designs The shops are spacious and all the clothes are well laid out which makes for comfortable easy browsing. The staff are generally helpful and pleasant.
General comments: I live overseas most of the year and this is the shop I head for when I get home to guide me to the 'up to date' look.
I tried to vote for Zara in the best High Street shop competition on GM.TV but couldn't find the voting spot on the web.
Thank you for making the re-stocking of my wardrobe so easy and such a pleasure.

Zara is my favourite shop.everything i bought in zara fits me perfect.never had problems with any of their clothes.i know when i walk in zara i'll find my size and what i like.90% of my clothes are from zara and i'll keep buying from my favourite brand!!!!!!

The style & fit of the clothes in Zara is great. I also think that the prices are very reasonable. However, the jeans always seem to be in a mess which does put people off from purchasing. In my (and friends) experience in the London, Milton Keynes and Oxford branches the majority (not all) of the staff have been pretty unhelpful. Why are the prices increasing yet the quality is not so good? The spacing is good. The jeans have nice cuts however, is there no shopping website for zara?

There were hardly any markdowns in the store and for the visible quality of the clothing, I would not pay the high prices.

I see that most everyone is stating that the quality of Zara's clothing is not up to par. Zara and Inditex, Zara's parent group, is not addressing this issue. They state in much of their literature that their clothes/accessories/etc. are supposed to last UP TO 10 wears!!!! This is definitely something that everyone should look into.

Zara has much to offer, great fashion shop for all ages. Great wide range of clothes that in my opinion are not just driven to a certain taste.
I dont buy from this shop often online, however I have friends that do and as far as I am aware none on them have any problems.
Pricey in my opinion but at same time if you want a dress, why not buy one that you really like and know you will wear more than once. Therefore I recommend anyone looking to buy a percific item to deffinatly at least look in ...

I visited a Zara store in Las Vegas, Nevads, USA and found a cute jacket i liked for $170 USD. When i was in the fitting room the attendent rudely was yelling that all customers had one minute to make their selections. I found the jacket to fit well, but it was cheaply made with threads falling out of the buttons and seams. The outside of jackets that I bought from Zara was well made. Unfortunately, the lining in the jackets wore out within 6 months. I had to completely reline one of them. Also, the buttons came off the man's jacket.
Zara are spoiling the quality of their clothes with very cheap lining.

Overall I like Zara's clothes and designs but some of their range is just shoddy in terms of quality - I don't expect a £30-£40 jumper to develop a hole within a few months and this has happened a few times now. I still would consider buying shirts or accessories but steer clear of any knitwear now.

When I returned to the Zara store to complain about my top, the assistant was very unhelpful, and said that the top had been pulled, and refused to even consider an exchange. She made me feel like a complete idiot, and I will never shop there again. If I treated a customer of mine like that I would lose my job.
