“It's high street, what do you expect?”

Not bad for a high street store. Stitch quality is better than topshop. Sometimes they have reasonably priced silk items, and designer-style clothing. Worth checking out once in a while. I wish they didn't use polyester as much as they do. Overall, not bad at all… Read Full Review

“Bad customer service experience”

I had the worst customer service ever in my entire life with Zara. After purchasing an item from Zara.com and after only one wear and proper wash, the threads started to coming of the trim of the cloth like crazy and simply became too out of shape to wear. I contacted the customer service, not to mention how slow it was to get an evaluation on the case, the tone of the customer service simply seems indifferent and ignorant. “Not interested to help”

I had an item that I wanted to return. Customer Service Rep informed me that I could go into the store and the return it. I called the store and they said I could do the same. I got to the store and they said because online was their own store they couldn't help me... It's an inconvenience and both instore and online should be on the same page as to what their return policies are. They are same business. Because I was misinformed, I should have been compensated. “WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE”

I placed an online order of 6 items, but only 1 item was delivered to me after 3 working days. As no tracking information was provided, I emailed customer service about this issue. However, they did not help out but asked me to call 0800 customer service instead. Then the following ten days was a nightmare! “Constant Quality”

Every thing I have brought from Zara have been amazing. From Coats, jeans, jumpers, bags and tops. They feel more superior quality and more stylish than other high street shops. The prices are fair too. People with a bad experience quite rightly vent their frustrations on here but more rounded reviews are needed to represent the company properly. “Very poor quality and customer service”

I bought sandals for a $100 in the middle of June. I liked them and did not plan to return, so I did not keep my receipt. “Horrible Customer Service”

I ordered some items online for express shipping and didn't get them until five days later. It guarantee's that if you do not receive your items with 2 business days your refunded. I called their customer service line and emailed them. They never reached out and said they couldn't ship to PO Boxes. Which is false because i get my items all the time. “Still waiting for my refund after 30 days”

“Unprofessional staff without name badges ”

Yesterday my family visited a Zara outlet in Brighton for routine shopping, where I come across very unexpected situation. I noticed on checkouts Zara staff were not removing security tags off the products after being sold. “Disappointing Gift Exchange Policy”

I can empathize with you regarding the poor, very poor, super poor customer service at Zara store. I have not yet attempted to return any clothing, however they staff never look up from arranging clothing when I enter the store and no offer to help by the person (manager??) who appeared to be training my cashier on processing my order. I've entered the Yorktown, Illinois store several times and same results, no one care that I'm there.

“Worst customer service”

I bought a white bag online which was delivered into store. I'm now convince that this "poor customer service" is a part of their training and synonymous with brand since customers over the world receive the same poor service at ZARA!!!! Guess I wont take it personal anymore.....

“Zara Down Coat Review”

I purchased a 3/4 length down coat (with removable fur collar) in November 2014. It was very warm but the zipper broke mid-January 2015. Unfortunately, it was not a simple fix and I had to replace the full zipper (cost $55). I did contact customer service but was told there was nothing they could do. The belt was also pretty cheap - comes undone if you tie it and the buckle doesn't hold. My lesson learned is to not buy a coat or any of the more expensive items on Zara. Orsered item on Sunday, said it was still processing on Thursday. Called them twice on Thursday and Friday morning had an email to say hermes wud b delivering parcel on the Friday.
