Zara, high Wycombe, bucks, uk. I bought around £300 worth of autumn/winter childrens clothing for my little girl and had to return over half of it! For example: dresses x2, hem became loose and unraveled Lining in Leather jacket sewn badly and was showing on the outside Jumper, glittery dragonfly was peeling off the front after a gentle hand wash, which was the first time garment was washed! “Poor Customer Service”

Unfortunately, every time I shop at Zara's between 66th and Broadway during lunch there is a long line. Today while standing in line on the lower level, I asked the manager why was there only one register open during the lunch rush? He told me the additional register would be open after 2pm. In the mean time I observed at least 6 sales associate scurrying about the sales floor, one even stopped to have a conversation with an employee on line waiting to make a purchase. “wont be going back”

I visited zara in solihull today. Im a regular shopper and it has put me off returning again. I have never seen a shopfloor in such a mess. There were delivery boxes on the shopfloor.stock on the floor.i picked up four items to try on . There was no one on the fitting room and clothes left in many and on the floor.other customers were commenting on the state of the shop . “Ruined Jacket”

My daughter bought me a jacket. After a night out I washed the jacket, as per manufacturing instructions. There is a buckle on the neck that wasn't detachable so I wrapped it in a towel, I didn't want the drum to be damaged in my washing machine. When I took the jacket out, the drum was full of feathers. The buckle slashed the left hand sleeve to pieces. 

I contacted Zara head office by e-mail. After many to and fro e-mails and 2 months later I've supplied everything asked. Now they won't reply

“Clothes for models”

No idea how Zara keeps trading. Mens wear is alway upstairs and tucked away. The clothes are poorly labelled and information is poor. The UK Stores sell shirts that are ALL 'slim-fit' or 'super slim-fit'. The trousers all seems to come in 33.5 inch legs. They tell you 'more sizes online' but their online site is confusing and frankly just leaves you frustrated. They seem to be too precious for normal folk to shop in - if you are over about 24, are anything other stick thin or under 6 foot… Read Full Review

“Extremely bad service!”

I purchased a dress online, received the delivery and the item was faulty. I contacted the customer services, who advised me to either take the item back to store or request a home pickup. As I required a replacement I went to store, only to be told that Zara online was a separate company and they could request a refund and order a new dress. Which meant I had to purchase a new dress, whilst the other would refunded. Refunds can take up to 10-14 days... I didn't order a new dress as the total… Read Full Review

“RIDICULOUS POLICY ”

Shopped here for the first time for my 11yo girl and 10yo boy. Discovered girls sizes are extremely small compared to other brands and boys are about 2 sizes bigger than other brands. I purchased a top for my son in his usual size and it was swimming on him when he tried it on at home as he was not with me at the time. It doesn't seem to matter which Zara you go.into the staff all seem very miserable unhelpful and have no concept of customer service.they seem to think its acceptable to have queues snaking out of fitting rooms. And that it's acceptable to queue at tills while managers stand around talking and shuffling paper. This is obviously there management style .Very sad to see as other stores around offer such good customer service. I shopped at the Seattle location and got the same review that could care or less by assisting with size or helpful suggestion. I had to return an item they refuse to return the purchase to my debit card but instead provided an in store voucher, I was treated as though I stole something and I wasn't treated as a valuable customer.

“No reciept, No exchange.”

I shop at Zara a lot and as the sizes are inconsistent I sometimes have to return items as I like to try them on properly at home due to the size of the fitting rooms. I hate returning due to the attitude of the staff it is as if they are refunding out of their own pocket. I recently purchased a pair of jeans and they looked just awful on me, as I was busy I could not return them straight away about 2 weeks later, all tags intact but I had lost the receipt, there were 2 girls at the cash desk… Read Full Review

“Bad Quality Clothing & Horrible Customer Service! ”

In November 2013, I made my first and LAST purchase with Zara. I purchased a winter jacket and a black tote bag. By January, I noticed that the feathers inside the winter jacket were coming out more than normal. I started using the tote bag last week and it the straps are already coming apart!
