I went into the store located at Towson Town Center to do a exchange. After selecting the new items I wanted to exchange for the old items, I proceeded to get in line. I was immediately presented with attitude from one of the sales associates. Then she proceeded to be rude to me for no reason, she was very unprofessional and lacked customer service experience. “Zara E-Gift Card/ They take your money but do't deliver”

I ordered an e-gift card as a gift on the 2nd of June. I received notification that it would be delivered by midnight the same day. Its now the 13th of June and still my gift has not been received by the recipient. They have taken my money and I have called them at least half a dozen times and they keep requesting 24hrs, different e-mail addresses and keep promising they will call me back but they have been absolutely useless!!! “Zara jeans”

Totally disgusted with the quality of the jeans I bought from Zara on 03/04/2016! I wore the jeans once and the jeans ripped in 2 places (belt hoops). When I return the jeans back to the shop on 16/04/2016, I was told there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue and was refused a refund or exchange. I paid £25.99 for the jeans, which I now think is clearly over priced considering the terribly poor quality of them. Terrible, terrible customer service. I have never seen a smile on any of the employees and no one was willing to help when I needed an exchange for jeans that had ripped at the same exact spot. All in all, 5 of my pairs of jeans ripped beside the rear pocket after 2-3 months. Horrible quality. I would only buy things that I intend to wear once or twice, not basic pieces. The staff in zara generally across the uk is absolutely miserable and terrible. But the staff at canary wharf store is even worse. They behave like some one just died in their family and have no interest in thier job. Either they are not paid well or treated like bad which totally reflects in the customer interaction. I bought a jacket in the Manchester store on Friday 23rd October ended up picking the medium up instead of the small . I had the worst customer service ever in my entire life with Zara. After purchasing an item from Zara.com and after only one wear and proper wash, the threads started to coming of the trim of the cloth like crazy and simply became too out of shape to wear. I had an item that I wanted to return. Customer Service Rep informed me that I could go into the store and the return it. I called the store and they said I could do the same. I got to the store and they said because online was their own store they couldn't help me... “Constant Quality”

Every thing I have brought from Zara have been amazing. From Coats, jeans, jumpers, bags and tops. They feel more superior quality and more stylish than other high street shops. The prices are fair too. People with a bad experience quite rightly vent their frustrations on here but more rounded reviews are needed to represent the company properly.
