Ordered last Saturday 18/6/15 and today 29/06/15, I am still waiting, spoke to customer services at lease 5 times and keep been told the delivery company is trying to delivery and that I am not at home,I am at home most of the times I told them and give them my work address as well and they still wants me to wait 48 hour When I question the customer service on the phone today she wants me wait another 4 days This is my first time and it will be my last time buying from this unreliable… Read Full Review

“Unprofessional staff without name badges ”

Yesterday my family visited a Zara outlet in Brighton for routine shopping, where I come across very unexpected situation. I noticed on checkouts Zara staff were not removing security tags off the products after being sold. I have seen quite a few customers gone out of the shop when security detector alarm keeps going off customer been searched feeling embarrassed. “Really bad customer service ”

I recently bought a sandal from Zara. The mental chain started to come off on the third day I wore them. I called customer service. The staffs were unhelpful. Told me not to go to the store and to fill out the online form instead. Got the response back and they told me to go to the store for the manager's inspection. “Disappointing Gift Exchange Policy”

We recently received a gift for my daughter's 1st birthday (May 17, 2015). The outfit was too small so I made time to visit Zara Yorkdale within 9 days weeks of receiving the gift. After speaking with the cashier, as well as the Kids Department Manager. I can empathize with you regarding the poor, very poor, super poor customer service at Zara store. I have not yet attempted to return any clothing, however they staff never look up from arranging clothing when I enter the store and no offer to help by the person (manager??) who appeared to be training my cashier on processing my order. I've entered the Yorktown, Illinois store several times and same results, no one care that I'm there.

“Worst customer service”

I bought a white bag online which was delivered into store. I'm now convince that this "poor customer service" is a part of their training and synonymous with brand since customers over the world receive the same poor service at ZARA!!!! Guess I wont take it personal anymore.....

i had purchased a mix of items, i wish i could afford to keep all of them but needed to return some. Anyway, i went into Zara MK yesterday, and returned 3 items. “Zara Down Coat Review”

I purchased a 3/4 length down coat (with removable fur collar) in November 2014. It was very warm but the zipper broke mid-January 2015. Unfortunately, it was not a simple fix and I had to replace the full zipper (cost $55). I did contact customer service but was told there was nothing they could do. The belt was also pretty cheap - comes undone if you tie it and the buckle doesn't hold. My lesson learned is to not buy a coat or any of the more expensive items on Zara. Orsered item on Sunday, said it was still processing on Thursday. Called them twice on Thursday and Friday morning had an email to say hermes wud b delivering parcel on the Friday. No parcel come 4pm and so called zara.com. they putmr on hold for 20mins and said they had a delivery error. “Cheap and nasty”

I bought a cotton blouse from Zara. After one wash in cold water on delicate, the seam down the side came undone. So I tried to return it, and the sales assistant said they wouldn't return it without a receipt. I told them there is only one store in the state, and I got it from this store. Unfortunately, every time I shop at Zara's between 66th and Broadway during lunch there is a long line. Today while standing in line on the lower level, I asked the manager why was there only one register open during the lunch rush? He told me the additional register would be open after 2pm. In the mean time I observed at least 6 sales associate scurrying about the sales floor, one even stopped to have a conversation with an employee on line waiting to make a purchase. I visited zara in solihull today. Im a regular shopper and it has put me off returning again. I have never seen a shopfloor in such a mess. There were delivery boxes on the shopfloor.stock on the floor.i picked up four items to try on . There was no one on the fitting room and clothes left in many and on the floor.other customers were commenting on the state of the shop . “Ruined Jacket”

My daughter bought me a jacket. After a night out I washed the jacket, as per manufacturing instructions. There is a buckle on the neck that wasn't detachable so I wrapped it in a towel, I didn't want the drum to be damaged in my washing machine. When I took the jacket out, the drum was full of feathers. The buckle slashed the left hand sleeve to pieces. 

I contacted Zara head office by e-mail. After many to and fro e-mails and 2 months later I've supplied everything asked. Now they won't reply

“Clothes for models”

No idea how Zara keeps trading. Mens wear is alway upstairs and tucked away. The clothes are poorly labelled and information is poor. The UK Stores sell shirts that are ALL 'slim-fit' or 'super slim-fit'. The trousers all seems to come in 33.5 inch legs. They tell you 'more sizes online' but their online site is confusing and frankly just leaves you frustrated. They seem to be too precious for normal folk to shop in - if you are over about 24, are anything other stick thin or under 6 foot… Read Full Review

I purchased a dress online, received the delivery and the item was faulty. I contacted the customer services, who advised me to either take the item back to store or request a home pickup. As I required a replacement I went to store, only to be told that Zara online was a separate company and they could request a refund and order a new dress. Which meant I had to purchase a new dress, whilst the other would refunded. Refunds can take up to 10-14 days... I didn't order a new dress as the total… Read Full Review
