    Good Points: Quality

    Bad Points: Price
    Choice
    Stock levels

General comments: My take on evans is that some of the clothing is very good quality but there prices are simply rediculous.
If like me, you have a medical condition and cannot help your size it is discriminating as evans is really only the 1 high street shop that you can use and there prices are high high high!!!!

On the plus side I have never yet found an assistant who wasn't helpful and friendly. On the minus side, that's the only plus. I don't know who they think they're designing for but at a size 24 I don't want to wear short tops with no shaping. Maybe they just think we're all round. I was also stunned by how many clothes they have in really clingy material - I mean come on! A visit to Evans leaves me feeling even older and fatter than I already am. I also find their tops to be rather skimpily cut ...

In general I think they should consider clothes for Taller people, skirts should be longer and trousers too. But skirts and tops I think is the main thing they should look at. With Skirts being longer I feel they should also look at the Jersey flowing type of skirt as I, as a taller person, prefer that. I have also been told this by many of my friends who are tall like me and are on the larger side. I hope Evans listen as it would be so nice for the customer's views to be taken into consideratio ...

Evans - My Sister Lives In Ireland And She Got So Sick Of Not Being Able To Find Clothes She Opened Her Own Shop! Just Shows You, And Yes Before You Ask She Does Live Near An Evans Shop! Evans Always Advertise The Fact That They Go Upto A 10 In Shoes But It Seems As Though Not All The Evans Shops Stock Size 10s And They Can Be Quite Hard To Find!

Since I was a little girl I've always been on the plus size, and I grew up knowing first hand how brutal the fashion industry can be in how they expect young women to look. There have always been plus sized shops, t wasn't until my late-teens that certain high street giants finally started catering to the more youthful BBWs! Up until recently I'd always found Evans to be very mature and frumpy, having a "take it or leave it attitude" and not really caring what their customers want. "You need clo ...

Having shopped in Evans for many years whilst I had to wear plus sizes clothes I was always very happy with them. But after a few years away (I lost weight, going down to an 18, and found I could buy clothes elsewhere) I have gone back to Evans and am a bit disturbed by what I think is a 'marketing ploy' with their sizes. I am currently a size 22 trouser in Monsoon and Marks & Spencer . But when I shopped in Evans the other day, not only could I not fit into any of their size 22 trousers, alot ...

I have always manage to be spoilt for choice in Evans but I have to say over the last few months I've bought nothing. Most of the clothes are for a certain age group too young for me.
The cut and finish of the clothes is lacking at the moment.

As a female with size 9/10 feet I find it very difficult to find stylish shoes and I am glad I have found Evans however I find that a lot of shoes are very wide I can normally take a Size 9 in Evans and some of the shoes are very old fashioned please understand that there are some young girls with large feet and we want to wear stylish shoes.
I also find that my local store does not have a lot of sizes in stock, especially larger sizes (9 & 10's) However, the shop assistant was very helpful an ...

I have given feedback every time I step into any of their stores. I believe that they have forgotten who their customers are. I would like to see more tailored products with higher quality in the material - Customers will pay for high quality/good tailoring. Ann Harvey is definitely a better place to shop (their downside is they go to 28). Evans needs to realise that 'fashion' items are fine, but + sizes also want to have items that can be mixed/matched from day to evening; work/social, and don' ...

I recently bought some sandals at a very good price in Evans. As a male who likes to buy ladies clothes, Evans has a good selection of shoes, skirts and dresses to fit me.

As a woman with size nine feet, it can be hard to find shoes on the high street that fit correctly and so was happy when I found that Evans stocked bigger shoes!!!

However, as someone who is not plus size, I have found that the shoes are impossibly wide!! and dramatically increase in width with each size.

Please realise that not all people with larger feet have wide feet!

I have lots of outfits bought from Evans (in London) over the years especially suits. Good quality & always stylish. Always loved your selections.
Now back in Waterford, Ireland I try to shop in your Broad Street store. What happened to the last two years? Have you got a new buyer?? Style has gone and now you are stocking very poor quality and styles are naff. Is this only in the Waterford Store??

I find Evans to be a store that you need to know what you are looking for and what suits you. The clothes are made on a mass production basis, so they look good on the hanger, but when you try them on, they are chopped out and not cut out into shape. I seriously think that they should talk to their stylish plus size customers, to get some correct idea of the fashion trend. A very expensive shop, with a boring look.

Evans - I have a lot of trouble finding large shoes as I am a size 9 with very wide feet! Evans I feel has a great selection of shoes and boots which go up to a size 10 and with an extra-wide fitting brilliant!!

Have finally given up on Evans, the designer does not have a clear idea of what we want. Recently I've been disapointed in the lack of choice of colours - everything seems to be pink and it makes me look not very well. Also the amount of sleeveless tops is surprising - most big women do not want to show their "bingo wings". Oh, and lots of the tops are too short and the fixed waist jeans/trousers are always too tight at the front and there's a 6 inch gap at the back.

Evans - I am an 18 in most shops but a 20 at Evans. My partner is a 24 in most shops and a 26 at Evans.
We prefer trousers and t-shirts, shirts, jumpers, etc., but find Evans to be very pink and polyester orientated.
Come on people give us some competition to Evans to bring their prices down!!!!!!!!!
Just cos we're big doesn't mean our wages are!
