    Based on my experience of internet purchase from Clifton Cameras:
    I was delighted at the service, over and above the competitive pricing, because:
    The clearest and easiest navigation web-site I accessed searching for my prefered choice of PENTAX K-x package
    A very clear and easy to use purchasing section to Clifton Cameras web-site
    A clearly stated sourcing of UK destined stock and warranty provisions
    A prompt response to my Email enquiry
    Very helpful, cheerful, support to my subequent telephone enquiry to Clifton Cameras and equally helpful, cheerful and supportive telephone call back consequent on the internet order
    Excellent and well packaged next day delivery.

    I guess the "icing on the cake" for me also was that, although perhaps a slightly old fashioned emotion, I was able to purchase from a photographic specialist at competitive price rather than a bulk "electronics" supplier

    The fact that Clifton Cameras was an official Fuji retailer, together with a very proffessional looking web site and a very competitive price convinced me that I need look no further.
    Ordered on line and received the goods the following day. Excellent service, highly recommended.

    As per my recent Email, I am extremely impressed with Clifton Cameras. The ladies that helped me with my order were incredibly efficient and kept me in touch with what was going on re: the delivery. Very well packed and the quickest delivery on record.

    Good price with prompt next day delivery - always worth going through an authorised dealer with proper UK stock and warranty (hopefuly not needed!) - recommended.

    Very good service, prompt delivery even with a postal strike on. kept me up to date with when and where the goods where. couldnt comment on value for money never having bought anything like this before. also bought on line so didnt visit the shop.

    Hi,

    Purchased 2 Zeiss binoculars and had them shipped to Spain. Very fast shipping (sent out on Monday, delivered Tuesday morning!). Great service, I got an email confirming every stage of the process.

    Just wished they would accept non-UK issued credit cards, would make things even easier!

    Great Service. I phoned and bought a pair of Nikon EII binoculars (at a far cheaper price than they are availabel elsewhere). They arrived quickly, but through no fault of Clifton Cameras, there was a fault with the first pair they sent me. They sent a replacement double-quick, no problems. Very quick, courteous service, I'd srongly recommend Clifton Cameras.

    I contacted Clifton Cameras because i needed to find a metz battery pack for my hammerhead flash gun

    they were super polite, easy to talk to and very accomidating.

    I had one person who i discussed my issues with and whenever i was called back or had a queiry i could always speak to him rather than explaining myself to another person :)

    Ordered a Nikon D300S and received within 3 working days to an address outside the UK. Very easy and simple transaction, and excellent customer service. A bargain price for a genuine UK stock D300s. Nothing to complain about and highly recommended.

    Ordered a Fuji F70 EXR on the 4th October - one of their bundle deals which are great value - £60 worth of accessories for about £30 - and it arrived on the 6th October. I had ordered an additional spare battery (INOV - a cheap brand)but they did not have it in stock, and so supplied a Hahnel battery instead at no additional cost.     Just brought a pair of Minox 8.5x43 HG binoculars - excellent optics, excellent price & excellent service - Highly recommended.

    I would also recommend visiting the Slimbridge Wetland centre after to test your binoculars.

    Loved the website. Really easy to use and really well presented. I bought a Nikon 24-70 with filter but wanted to confirm that they were actually in stock before ordering. It was nice to be able to not only get through on a first attempt but to speak to a human with proper photographic knowledge.

    Overall I was very impressed with the service and to top it off they were the cheapest for UK stock. will certainly buy from Clifton Cameras again.

    I ordered my CX1 on the Wednesday and by Thursday morning 9am it had arrived. The staff are very helpful and the lady i spoke to had a sound understanding of the camera. A pleasure to buy from. Would recommend Clifton Cameras to anyone looking for a digital camera.

    I bought a Nikon D5000 from Clifton Cameras on Thursday, it arrived with me on Friday morning as promised. Not only was it packaged beautifully but they offered me the best deal around !!

    Over the last 4 months I have bought a Thinktank backpack and a Gitzo tripod, head and bag in 4 transactions from Clifton Cameras using a either a debit card over the telephone, a credit card over the internet from home my computer and a different debit card over the internet from my work computer.

    In the last three weeks all 3 cards have been hit by fraudulent transactions. None of my other cards have been affected.

    Clifton Cameras is the only place where these 3 cards have been used toget ...
