    Just to let you know that my new camera arrived OK. Many thanks for your help and prompt delivery, I'm recommending you to all my friends and family! (I already told them about this excellent seller, the prompt (I mean really prompt!) delivery (36h from placing the order, and single delivery for all items I ordered, even the item I added to the order after placing it), and the friendliest people on the phone (call them if you want an even better price than the website, which is already good value for bundles, but you can change the bundles to suit you and keep the lowest price)). Oh, and 2year warranty that seems to apply to everything on their site (at least the important bits, like a CAMERA!).
    Thanks again, off I go to play with my new toy :-)

    Great Service. I phoned and bought a pair of Nikon EII binoculars (at a far cheaper price than they are availabel elsewhere). They arrived quickly, but through no fault of Clifton Cameras, there was a fault with the first pair they sent me. They sent a replacement double-quick, no problems. Very quick, courteous service, I'd srongly recommend Clifton Cameras.

    I contacted Clifton Cameras because i needed to find a metz battery pack for my hammerhead flash gun

    they were super polite, easy to talk to and very accomidating.

    I had one person who i discussed my issues with and whenever i was called back or had a queiry i could always speak to him rather than explaining myself to another person :)

    Ordered a Nikon D300S and received within 3 working days to an address outside the UK. Very easy and simple transaction, and excellent customer service. A bargain price for a genuine UK stock D300s. Nothing to complain about and highly recommended.

    Ordered a Fuji F70 EXR on the 4th October - one of their bundle deals which are great value - £60 worth of accessories for about £30 - and it arrived on the 6th October. I had ordered an additional spare battery (INOV - a cheap brand)but they did not have it in stock, and so supplied a Hahnel battery instead at no additional cost.     Just brought a pair of Minox 8.5x43 HG binoculars - excellent optics, excellent price & excellent service - Highly recommended.

    I would also recommend visiting the Slimbridge Wetland centre after to test your binoculars.

    Loved the website. Really easy to use and really well presented. I bought a Nikon 24-70 with filter but wanted to confirm that they were actually in stock before ordering. It was nice to be able to not only get through on a first attempt but to speak to a human with proper photographic knowledge.

    Overall I was very impressed with the service and to top it off they were the cheapest for UK stock. will certainly buy from Clifton Cameras again.

    I ordered my CX1 on the Wednesday and by Thursday morning 9am it had arrived. The staff are very helpful and the lady i spoke to had a sound understanding of the camera. A pleasure to buy from. Would recommend Clifton Cameras to anyone looking for a digital camera.

    I bought a Nikon D5000 from Clifton Cameras on Thursday, it arrived with me on Friday morning as promised. Not only was it packaged beautifully but they offered me the best deal around !!

    Over the last 4 months I have bought a Thinktank backpack and a Gitzo tripod, head and bag in 4 transactions from Clifton Cameras using a either a debit card over the telephone, a credit card over the internet from home my computer and a different debit card over the internet from my work computer.

    In the last three weeks all 3 cards have been hit by fraudulent transactions. None of my other cards have been affected.

    Not used Clifton Cameras before, had problems with the shopping basket on their web site, (firefox setting my end). A brief phone call at 4pm in the afternoon had the items delivered 9am the following morning! Great service and they pricematched too! Outstanding! :-) They will now be my first place to call for any camera related gear. very pleased with the service and the help given.

    The order was transacted immediately and arrived 2 days later. Interestingly lot's of companies advertise products that they don't have just to get your attention and then try to switch sell a product. Some only order they product when they receive your order, but Clifton Cameras do neither of these. I'd be very happy to buy more products from them in the future. Great service and price.

    Ordered camera at 11.30am on Monday, it arrived by lunchtime Tuesday, with free delivery. All goods were well packed. Competitively priced and great service. Will definitely use again. Website is easy to use - I really like that I don't have to create an account before I can order anything, I've lost count of the number of website accounts that I've had to create just to order one thing and then have forgotten about.

    Never dealt with Clifton Cameras before would would definitely do so again.
    The binoculars and the free gift arrived together (so no catch). They were better value than many other sites. I ordered late on Thursday, they were dispatched on Friday and delivered Saturday and I was kept up to date with progress. Brilliant service.
    Possibly the delivery charge may have been published before checkout is reached but it was fair anyway. As you might gather I am suspiscious when ordering over the interne ...

    Camera ordered from Clifton Cameras on internet mid afternoon and delivered 11.00 next day. All steps confirmed by various e-mails. Really excellent service and I don't see how anyone could beat that. Nice to have two year warranty. Model bought with confidence in Ricoh after 2 years good use of previous R6 - sadly stolen a few weeks ago. Thanks for an excellent buying experience.
