Good Points: A versatile controller equipped with DualShock2 and pressure pads on the four right buttons. Wire clamp inside is strong and durable meaning there are no worries about the wire being tugged out. Non fade ink stops the colors fading. Analogue sticks are also durable, I have used my controller for approx 4 years and I have had no problems regarding the analogue. The grips are removable; however I would not recommend removing them. Pressure pads on the four right play buttons give more control in driving games and the like. Similarly, the DualShock2 gives you more feel in the controller because it controls the vibrations and times them to the game.
Bad Points: I have tried all types of Play Station 2 controllers, nothing can match this one. There has been one problem, even though it cannot be classed as a problem. Sometimes the 'R1' button sticks in when pushed on too hard. However this has only happened after spending many hours on GTA games and lots of handbrake turns, using 'R1'. If I had to pick a genuine problem, it would be the price; however you can't get a better controller for a cheaper price.
General comments: A brilliant controller, that can't be beaten. I have tried all types of PS2 controllers and this one is the best regardless of the price. You WON'T find a better controller for a less. So don't be fooled by Mad Catz controller deals, 2 for £20.
Also, there is no need to spend extra on a silver controller, they have the same benefits and faults. The only thing that is different is the color. I have both and have found no difference.
