    I am 45 and have not dated in over 10 years due to embarassment over my flat nipples. In my 20s I wore a bra during sex. Sound familiar? I have used the Niplette for two weeks and I am shocked. I did not believe it was possible for me to have big hard nipples. OMG, it's incredible!! They are HUGE and HARD already!!! I am wearing the niplette cups day and night. NO pain at all. It will sting or feel sore with too much suction, so just start slow the first few days and later you can add suction every ten minutes until the cups are filled. I add a tiny piece of cotton in the cups to soak up the clear fluid (it's normal). Use vasoline. The suction is tight where they can't fall off once your nipples fill the cups (after 1st few days). No bra is the best, or wear a lacy or loose bra to keep them from bending over. In public, I always wear a jacket so I can slip my hand in make sure the cups aren't bent over from my bra or clothes...just reposition them as needed. Hey, we women always tug on our underwear when it slides up and men are always adjusting themselves, so just try to be inconspicuous. BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!! I never had nipples even with ice or stimulation, but now I can already tell how big and hard they will be. Wow, no more embarassment...

    I am man that HAD inverted nipples. I hated them, and had them my whole life. It wasnt until I got older when I really got sick of them. I wanted take my shirt off in nice weather, but couldn't because of my nipple insecurity. I was about to go on a trip to Mexico, so I was determined to figure something out.     working well after 3 nights, 8 hours at a time. Wearing underneath pajama vest hidden support type top and using body lotion to help seal in the suction. No longer flat already but a bit tender probably due to being 21 weeks pregnant, tenderness is small sacrifice to pay for hopefully being able to breastfeed alot more easily than if i'd not tried the product.

    One of my nipples became inverted after breastfeeding my 2nd child. So I've had an inverted nipple for 14yrs now. I purchased the Avent Nipplette online for $50 on Oct. 10th, recieved and started using it on the 13th. Today it's been only a week using it and my nipple is completely normal again, it looks just like my other breast!     I had very flat nipples and di not feel very sexy. i used this when I was neither breast feeding or having a baby. My Nipples did get sore form time to time so I used Vaseline which worked wonders and I can now use these magic niplettes anytime of the day or anytime of the night. I now have errect perfect nipples and sounds silly but dont mind getting unchanged in the gym now.     I am 46 years old and have always had inverted nipples. I dislike them very much and like many women with this problem, keep my breasts out of site in locker rooms, dressing areas, saunas, etc. I have been researching inverted nipples for the past few months and concluded that I am a grade 1 though my left nipple is more inverted than my right.     i always have had flat nipples and had always known about the Avent Niplette but thought it would not work for me , but after reading the reviews on here i decided to purchase one, i got it yesterday and was so excited to see my nipples erect i felt very femine for a change. now its early days yet but i will certainly be wearing this day and night to see some good results. would highly recommend this product.

    I was not pregnant or breastfeeding when I bought the Niplette. I had inverted nipples and researched what I could do to correct it. I chose it because I do hope to have a baby and breastfeed some day and surgery would ruin that option. It worked incredibly well! It was easy, painless and my nipples are no longer inverted. I would absolutely recommend it over surgery! I usually wore it overnight or while at home after work. Within about a month my nipples were corrected.

    the longest i have wore avent niplettes is a week as it is quite sore as after you take it off my nipples were very sensitive. any tips on how to cope with the sensitivity as it puts me off from using them? But after i take it off i am glad to have nipples :) i hav always had inverted npples i find them embarrasing which is why i bought the nipplette.

    I've been using Avent Niplettes for a couple of days now and I can see a difference. Last night I was able to fill the whole cup, but this morning when I took the cup off, my nipple was discharging clear liquid. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? It is also very sore and I'm a little worried.

    I have seen this advertised before, but have only just recently bought it. At first it seems a tad expensive, but I would say that it is money well spent.

    I have had inverted nipples all my life, and this has been a cause of concern initially cosmetically, but also for ease of breastfeeding as I am now in my twenties and planning a family.

    I bought the Nipplette a few months ago for cosmetic purposes - taken sometime to stop the soreness. Very easy to wear - I wear them during the day. I apply cream to my nipples. Didn't take long to fill the suction cup. They now remain that size for a few hours after removal but eventually retract, going to continue wearing. Kit is expensive but well worth it:-) It's lovely having long, protruding nipples. They make me feel very feminine. I hope they stay this way. Very happy with results so far

    once on, I obtained good results, having small nipples I thought there would be a problem buthaving smeared vasiline on the niplette got a good seal.in only 30 minutes my nipples are half way up the niplette.

    Have only used the avant niplette for some 4 hours and my nipples have already filled the cup, tried taking them off after 2 hours but nipples retracted quickly,I suppose that I will have to be coupled up for quite many hours for them to remain that size.

    im 44 and using Avent nipplette for cosmetis reasons i bought them about 8 years ago and they got on my nerves but this time i bought nipple cream and breast shells just the cheap ones from boots and they're staying on grand starting to see agreat improvement.

    The Avent Niplette is absolutely BRILLIANT!! Try it - trust me it WORKS! My nipples have always been totally flat, retracting completely when I'm cold and my arelola puffs up entirely covering my nipples altogether. I HATED them. Whilst my friends would all sunbathe topless on girly hols abroad I NEVER got mine out due to nipple hatred! This is a silly price for a couple of bits of plastic but well worth it!!

    I used this product nightly and saw great improvement within 4-6 weeks. I have had a much easier time nursing my second child after using this prior to getting pregnant. I am able to breastfeed without the assistance of a nipple shield (something I couldn't do with the first). I would recommend the Avent Niplette.

    I have just starting using this Avent Niplette as I have always been embarrassed by my nipples and it seems to be Working already however it is hard to keep on, I am 19 and hopefully it will work and make me feel less paraniod about my boobs, I hesitated at buying it at first as it seemed quite expensive for something that I wasn't sure would work but in the end and gave in and I'm glad I did, if it does help in the long term its the best buy ever and will make me feel so much better about mysel ...

    I think this Avent Niplette works but you have to be patient.
    I've only had it a few days, I bought it for cosmetic reasons. In my adult life I had never been ashamed but I figured for only forty bucks it was worth a try. These stories have given me hope. It's hard because I like things to happen fast and this takes time. I believe with continues use it will eventually work for good

    I think the Avent Niplette works but you have to be patient. I've only had it a few days, I bought it for cosmetic reasons. In my adult life I had never been ashamed but I figured for only fourty bucks it was worth a try. I've noticed a difference in the few days I've used it. However I am having a very hard time keeping them on. I'm a tripple D so I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. I'm going to try the wholes in the bra trick someone else mentioned.
