I have been using this product for 3 weeks now. I have seen a big improvement. I wear it during the day under a padded bra and it can't be seen for 8 hours. I find at night time in bed it falls off and hurts a bit when I move. Using a lanolin based ointment and it helps make the nipple supple and can be sucked into the niplette easily. Will keep using this product as it still needs some more time to work as i find the nipple does retract at night. Not to the point to how it was before... (read more)

I bought this about two weeks ago, but only got around to using it two days ago. I am a mature lady who always had very flat nipples but after hearing about niplettes I was very curious, I had to try these out. I am absolutely delighted with the result, I now have extremely prominent nipples. It takes a bit of patience as I was tempted to look for too much too quick causing a bit of discomfort. Not now I can wear them all day under a padded bra, they are discreet which enables me to go out wearing them. The sensation of hard erect nipples when they are removed is... (read more)

I'm a 32 year old woman, having lived my entire life with grade 3 inverted nipples on both breasts. I have three children and longed so much to breastfeed. I tried unsuccessfully with my first child and afterwards was told further attempts would likely be unsuccessful. Cutting a hole in a bra pad (old one from another bra or the one included in the box) has been the best way for me to keep them on and in place and also re-doing the suction after the first 2 hrs because there seemed to be more stretch in them after then (with a good moisturizer) so was able to re-do it with more comfort and more stretch as well. I found this product to be expensive and poorly made. The srynge is difficult to attach to the nipplet device and often pops off or will not stay attached when you try to set it up. The device becomes stained and is difficult to clean - making it obviously unsanitary. The srynge becomes hard to use after a few weeks making it hard to draw the air out (it sticks.) Often the nipple is drawn out and the nipplet cup falls off. After 3 months I saw minimal change. (read more)

I have never managed to keep them on either!! I have tried wearing a bra, even a sports bra, I tried them at night, but again they fall off.
I bought them because my nipples are flat, not inverted, just flat! only protruding when they are aroused or cold.
I have been working from home today and have put them on again about 20 times!! I wasn't even wearing a bra just to avoid the bra moving them!! I tried taping them with masking tape- completely unrealistic if leaving the house, it kept them in place but i had to keep "sucking" them on again ever 10mins!!!
Not convinced they are as good as some reviews, maybe for some people they work, and others not? Not everything works for everyone sadly.
If anyone has any ideas as to how to keep them on I would be over the moon!

When you say flat nipples, you mean yours never poke out even when its cold or when your being sexually stimulated? I ask because mine lay flat to my areola, I can see the distinction of the nipple (color is slightly darker than areola) but it is always flat, and if it does poke out, its very very slight, not a huge difference at all, are yours like this?

I just received the niplette today and I will try to use it religiously lol but I am worried that it may not work for me because my nipples are very flat and hardly can surface even when cold or sexually stimulated and when I search online, I cannot find much info on the niplette being using successfully to cure those with flat nipples that barely ever protrude. It seems to only work with those with inverted nipples that can pop out when cold or sexually stimulated is what I am reading.

I also have grade 3 nipples which is said to be the type that even when stiumlated sexually or exposed to cold, they never ever come out.
So I was wondering, when you say truly umbilical, are yours flat to the areola or inverted inside that can never pop out even when stimulated? I am confused with the terms at times. I assume mine are flat because I see a dark area that is clearly a nipple, but it is flat to the areola and hardly protudes ever. If it does, it is very very slight. It doesnt go inward, it is just flat to the areola. So I am trying to understand what kind I have.
I'm one of those women who works out hard for 6 weeks before a vacation or event & my muscles come back - then I kind of slide in between. I sometimes forget about my nips until I have interest in a man. In general, I have used the cups on and off over the last 7 years.

I'd say I have not been using them for about 2 years...it's not like they were out all the time -- but, they worked...I can cut glass when it's cold. I recently became interested in someone I'd like to get serious with....... and my insecurity creeped up on me --- so I busted out my niplettes the other day. Filled cups immediately and they seem to be out all the time again... or --- pop out at the slightest brush of anything, change in temp, changing clothes.

I wanted to make the analogy of working out and how the body responds and has memory. If I workout and get my body in perfect shape -- it looks great in the moment --- if I keep up maintenance I keep looking good.... if I slack off, I get softer. If I do what it takes to get firm again --- I get firm again. So -- I think the nipple can be 'permanent' --- if you keep up the maintenance.

7 years later I am still super happy about the results I've obtained from use of the niplette. I'm no longer concerned about my appearance, I feel confident and I love when the go off in my bathing suit or the like. I don't think you can use them for only 3 months and expect them to stay out and perky for the rest of your life, no. But, I do think you can find a minimal basic maintenance/upkeep schedule that will keep you happy and satisfied for many many years to come. Mine are still in perfect condition.

p.s. I use neosporin to seal the cups

I think this is common based on what I have seen on some pictures and still you can get a result. Good Luck.
