“Dont care at all !”

A Most dreadfull experience,time after time. I complain but nothing is done. Staff are rude unhelpfull,dont care. Last visit two young girls at checkouts had their backs to us and obviously did not want to serve anyone. I asked if they were open? they turned around on their swivel chairs and then started to chat to a man about a party etc.I had unloaded all my shopping by the time she had ignored me.Then said shall I start. “Made Ill.”

Myself and parents had breakfast at Connahs Quay Morrisons. We all became ill, sick and had diorreha. Same had happended to me a few months before at Rhyl Cafe where Brian the manager could not give a hoot when I reported to customer services the next day. Not going to Morrisons again. “Avoid Rothwell in Leeds at all costs!”

Lost bank cards in shop in Rothwell, Leeds. Went to customer services who refused to give me them back despite my giving them all of the information on both cards. Customer service staff were awful, as was the supervisor who should be dismissed for his appalling attitude. Took the cards off the counter and was then declared by the staff to be a thief. “cafe lack of staff and POOR FOOD”

went into Scunthorpe café on sunday dinner a complete lack of staff was told 30 minute wait after 15 minutes was told our order was sold out so reordered 20 minutes order came chips cold and the turkey roll needed a chainsaw to cut it other people also complaining and leaving because of queues and waiting times wont bother again £13 wasted… Read Full Review

What stupid idiot at head office decided to do away with putting a coin in the trolley?this was a bad decision.Firstly we got our car scratched through someone not taking it back.2 fed up of them being all over the housing estate.A complaint was sent in to head office but the reply was NO they are not going to put the coin system back as there is trolley stops at the entrances.Sorry this is not correct at the Gainsborough store someone has not checked.Somehow I dont think the idiot who thought… Read Full Review

“Imported meat”

I was at the cooked meat section and was disappointed to realise that the chicken bites as well as many other products were importes from Thailand. “Utter balls”

The worst store I have ever been too, holloway. The manager is a compete dipstick, rude, abrupt. Refused to give me my bank card back after I left it in the machine, told all the card details and still refused. I had no money or anything else on me had to walk home. Terrible customer service, not a care in the world aslong as they are ok. “Overcharged for parking”

I have shopped at Morrisons Kirkstall, Leeds for many years but I never know if I will be able to get a full copy of The Daily Telegraph on a Saturday. Every week there are problems e.g. sections missing, magazine missing, sold out because Menzies only send a handful, none because Menzies didn't send any etc. I always raise it with the staff and sometimes the Manager but it is still pot luck as to whether I will get one. “Overcharged at check out”

Didn't realise until I got home and checked recipt. Was charged for 3 packs of salt and shake crisps but only bought 2 , also charged for 2 bottles of crisp and dry and only bought 1 , not worth going back as would have cost more in fuel, but have learned I will check receipt before leaving check out. This happens on a regular basis and if you cannot read the item details get someone to help as morrisons are really good of putting a different item above the price ticket

“Morrisons - Letchworth”

I have to say the staff at this store are lovely, helpful and friendly. But what's going on within the store? 

I go in there and sometimes the fresh produce shelves looked like an old style 3rd world supermarket with huge empty spaces. More and more own brand names appearing and less and less organic. I asked a Manager what's happening and they say they are going through a management re-org and are not recruiting any store staff.

I am a regular at Morrisons and this is not my experience. My local branch has the veg being sprayed with a powdery steam and the fish and meat counters are well stocked. Maybe your branch is on the way out?

I like the new Morrisons stores too. Cheap, but still clean and bright etc. They opened one near my house which is really convenient too.

The store near me is nothing like this thankfully. My parent-in-laws work for Morrisons and I see for myself how hard they both work and the shelves are constantly being restocked because it goes so fast. My father in law is always telling me about his experiences at work and it sadly feels like he can't win with some customers. He gets complained at for 'being in the way' (filling the shelves) yet if the shelves were empty and only stocked at night then again there would be complaints. Hopefully things will improve for the store you use.

Visited Banbury Oxfordshire store on 19th September. Yet again overcharged - this time by £8.68. Checkout operator told at time of scanning, but did nothing. Store customer services informed, but told we had not been charged for all items, so to leave the store - this was not true. “Welling Branch - The Pits”

Where do I begin?? Rude staff too lazy to show you where anything is! Self service tills using software from the dark ages that never works. Please Please rip these out and put some manned tills in. You are lucky if you find more than three tills open at a time. If you have some spare time try and see if you can find anyone on the till in the café. Good lock! “Lack of fresh fish and meat available early in the morning”

I visit a store regularly which opens at 7am every morning excluding sundays, I need to shop early, but it is distressing that most of the time especially the fresh fish counter has nothing on it, this can also apply to the fresh meat. Meaning that another trip has to be made either to another outlet or back to my local store, a round trip of fourteen miles. “Parking eye devil ”

I am regular customer who shops at Morrisons outlets for about ten years, I am appalled regarding the parking situation ,where thy are exploiting genuine customer drivers and to be penalise with a £85 fee for shopping over 2 hours. “Morrisons Harrow terrible design”

Harrow Morrisons is on the first floor of a newly built block of flats, with a car park underneath. There is a small archway entrance on a main road that you can only enter from one direction, via a busy and frequently congested roundabout. Once through the arch you drive past a ground floor car park and up a ramp to the first floor. The large number of empty spaces gives an indication of how unpopular the store is.
