    Good Points: An amazing product that redefines high-end in car audio speaker systems. Sound quality that would be perfectly at place in a high quality home audio system.


    Bad Points: They don't give them away.


    General comments: Just wanted to correct the review posted by frankwhite. The 165W is the big brother to the 165K2 Power. The the 165W has the "W composite cone" used in JM Labs 40,000+ Grand Utopia home speakers. Additionally it has a far superior tweeter and crossover assembly to the K2 Power. I sold Focal car speakers for 2+ years, so I know what I'm talking about. Just thought I'd clarify this for those who are looking for purchasing info on this site.

    Focal 165W: I have the Big Brother of these speakers, the K2 powers. These things are crazy. I had mb quarts in my Acura but I have to say maybe focal is what put mb quarts out of biz. these are the most amazing speakers that i have ever heard. I have them running off of a jl 300/2 and i have a jl 10w7 running off a jl 500/1. This thing sounds like I am in a concert hall. If you are looking for a sub the w7 line is the way to do it.
