Good Points: The service was very friendly and incredibly helpful the shoes that i bought were extremely good quality and i thought that when i spilt my drink on the floor they would get angry at me but they didn't i was very surprised at this as in other shops after spilling my drink i have been shouted at the service is quick and the staff will do anything they can to help you i was incredibly great ful for this thank you selfridges
Bad Points: I found dust on the window displays but there really wasnt anything i could criticise
General comments: Supurb job selfriges well done i would recommend you to my friends and family

I went into the Manchester store to buy a new concealer from the Clarins counter. The sales assistant spent the first 10 minutes ignoring me, and when she did finally ask me if I wanted any help, she answered my questions with yes/no answers, and did not really put me at ease at all. In fact, I thought she was a little frosty.
The only thing that she did do was recommend a gift set, which included the concealer that I wanted and two other products that I liked, which worked out at better val ...

The excellent departmeent store. Selfridges London should be proud that they have such an excellent store. The best in the world. I added the store to the most luxurious stores in the world.

Excellent!! Selfridges is sooo good. It's my most loved department store ever and is definitly reccomend it to friends and family. I visited the NEW Birmingham one. It is good. Well Done.

Selfridges is a very classy store that has a good choice of designer clothes and shoes. The selection of bedding in the bedding department is very classy, and the delicatessens counter is well worth a visit
