    THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT BOUGHT FOR MY 2YR OLD SON FOR XMAS & IM SURE HE WILL BE DELIGHTED WHEN HE OPENS IT ON XMAS DAY WELL BUILT & LOOKS GOOD THE WHEEL STUDS WERE QUITE HARD TO GET ON. ALSO TAKE YOUR TIME & CARE TO PUT THE STICKERS ON. APART FROM THAT IT WILL BE WELL WORTH THE MONEY AS HE IS FIREMAN SAM MAD.

    Orderd a fireplace online, paid for it, arranged delivey date, week later they phoned to say it was out of stock, I asked why they had taken my money if they had not got the item, no answer, sat in all day when it was supposed to arrive, it never came. after many phone calls to Argos, I arranged for it to be delivered to a local store so that I could pick it up with a transit van that I had rented at my cost, finally when it arrived it had a faulty part, so I phoned Argos they said the part was ...

    Let me tell you i will never shop at argos again.I bought a washing machine costing £350 which qualified me for 2 vouchers worth £10 each. Because i bought this online they say you can only spend the vouchers online something i did not know.So by the time you take off delivery at£5 you would think you was getting £15...wrong.If this wasnt bad enough having spent hours on the phone as to why 1 voucher didnt work and be tret with no respect i emailed them to see why one cod ...

    My mum bought a hair dryer from Argos in harwich, a couple of months ago. it was cheap it only cost £3.97. We were really desperate for a hair dryer, as me and my mum use it a lot and we wanted one just to get us by for a bit. it wasnt brilliant and it was really slow.     i am furious these people are rip off merchants they take your money and dont even let you know that the cooker you only ordered through them as you needed urgently is not being delivered when they stated and they have changed it to nearly 3 weeks later what a joke ...so they have took their money already making damn sure i have no way of getting one from somewhere else ..2 young kids to feed and by the looks of it ill be waiting nearly a month after ordering it ...completely unacceptable...this ...

    I purchased a 3 door wardrobe @ £103.97 good value i thought untill i opened the box, What a load of cheap nasty rubbish not fit for any purpose they have got a cheek selling such rubbish & charging over one Hundred pounds. I have returned the Product but had to pay the delivery fee again. So i have lost out over 11 pounds & loads of distress by the cheap imported rubbish argos are selling. Dont ever buy anything in the bedroom furniture as its very cheap nasty

    I ordered a cooker five days ago. The screen said it was "on stock". Today I got a feeling this was not going well. So I called Argos to check....and you know what......."Sorry Miss.....there is a 3 weeks delays regarding the cooker you ordered. Our team should have called you to late you know sorry".....So typical!! And of course they already took ou the money from my bank account...so now I have to wait for another 5 working days to get my money back....I am not even sure this is legal as they ...

    Ordered this wardrobe online from Argos, and despite it being advertised as delivered within 7 days when i recieved the confirmation email it said would be delivered within 28 days. after calling and calling, on 28th day, i was told there was a FURTHER delay on 21 days and that it was not Argos fault but the manufactuer's. They have had our money for all this time during a recession when we could done with this money. Have cancelled order and taking money elsewhere. DO NOT BUY ONLINE OR IN SHOP ...

    Ordered this item online...told i would have the item in 7 days. Absolute liars, they take your money and leave you high and dry. Managed to cancel the order, told the item would be in stock in a month. If buying from Argos go to your local store, avoid the online order/delivery for larger items service, its Bad.

    purchased a leather vinci sofas in the sale 8 months ago the sofa leather condition is great not a scrath . but one seat has compleatly broken. even from early on the material at the back of each seat cusion started creeping forward. argos sent an upholster out from home serve and he told me it was bad and told argos it was ware and tear. there are two of us i haven't got a family of ten its a joke.

    I purchased 2 sofas in April of this year, They were delivered 8 weeks later after a lot of chasing! After 4 weeks the chenille fabric started to show signs of wear and so we called the helpline to complain. Customer services very helpful and sent an independent upholsterer out to check both sofas.     I needed a new pair of heaphones to replace the sub standard ones that came with my iPod Nano. I work right near an Argos store in Richmond so thought it would be my best bet. I used the online reserve facility as I didn't want to waste my time looking through the catalogue and then finding out what I wanted was out of stock whilst on my lunch break.     I bought an Haier washing machine from Argos it broke down after 6 months engineer called said it needed a new and motor and would take 2 to 5 days after many phone calls and 26 days later and still counting as of today 19/08/2009 still no repair they refused a plea of a standby machine or replacement while waiting on the part and Argos call a reasonable time to make a repair is 30 days take note everybody you too could be without a washing machine for 30 days maybe even longer will write anothe ...

    I have never come accross such bad customer service as at Argos. Upon ringing the helpline about a defective piece of furniture (I wan't expecting it to be amazing for the amount paid but the finish was chipped). I was told that I would have to dismantle what I has built of it and take it back to the store from which I purchased it, which is causing a major inconvenience.

    Would never shop with argos again. Ordered and paid for a mattress a month ago. Got a phone call 3 days ago saying they could at last deliver in 3 days time. Took my old mattress up the tip to make room, took a day off work to stay in for delivery which was due before midday.     I bought the ks360 blue phone i am not happy because i bought it then it went down from £89.99 to £69.99. So Very Not Happy but the Argos shop is good, that was the first time it happened but my friends say it happens all the time. I like the online store then going to the store because you can just type something and it will come but i prefer when you go and purchase it yourself because they check everything it there.     I bought a Spear and Jackson 1840 from Argos. It was a superb machine. When it came to replace it I had to go for the Spear and Jackson 2000 model as the 1840 was no longer available. Comments are;

    1. Its heavy
    2. Switch is clunky and has an unnatural feel to the operation
    3. The tool free assembly for the chain cover plate tends to seize and thus needs a tool to release it.

    Ordered Butterfly table from Argos in March when arrivied and put together the screws attaching the table top to the base came straight throught the table top, advised Argos and arranged for a new table top to be delivered, they said it would be 6 weeks delivery for the replacement.     I returned a faulty 3 month old camera to argos and they sent it away for repair and wouldn't give me a new one because it was more than 30 days old!! manager simply compared it to a new car braking down!! "as you wouldn't expect a new car if it broke down! would you son?" hmmm I thought there are some differences there!
