    Good Points: It's fairly easy to use the basic features


    Bad Points: I find the user's manual difficult to follow at times. Some things just seem impossible to do.


    General comments: However, the wife accidentally put one of the Panasonic KX-TCD420E handsets into the washing machine and after drying out for a few days it started to work normally again. Except for the display screen which only half works now. Still, scores high on durability for that.
