Good Points: Excellent manual, very user friendly.
Bad Points: Very few.
General comments: The NTL VS2000 is well designed, good for general purpose usage.

Poor phone poor service. Its unusable for elderly people as it comes without a manual and ntl havent even bothered to up a pdf file to there site.

NTL VS2000 - Even with the keypad locked it is still possible to hold the external line open and therefore block any incoming calls.
The answer machine facility seems to have a fault in that it thinks the memory is full, even when there are no messages stored. This stops callers leaving a message even when there is plenty of space. Once the machine has got into this state, there appears to be no way of resetting it. I'm about to throw mine away after only a few months, I'm not at all happy as ...
