Answearing machine does not work properly, so iam sticking with bt answear.
Phone does random stuff, like lights flash for no reason.
Sound isnt that great, I am partly deaf but can just hear okay in a quiet room.
Quite a simple phone, Not highly recomended, but okay.
I have no instruction for phone but worked most of it out fine.
If anyone has copy of instructions plase contact. thanks (read more)

NTL VS2000 - Even with the keypad locked it is still possible to hold the external line open and therefore block any incoming calls.

The answer machine facility seems to have a fault in that it thinks the memory is full, even when there are no messages stored. This stops callers leaving a message even when there is plenty of space. Once the machine has got into this state, there appears to be no way of resetting it. I'm about to throw mine away after only a few months, I'm not at all happy... (read more)

Go to the TAD menu then press the number 7 followed by the number 1 and wait a few seconds. Also check that the TAD men Filtering option is set to OFF.
