This sleek design of the Binatone E3300 wireless telephone is really a favourite!
It is a lot more than merely value-for-money! Its must have a really high frequency to be able to provide a brilliant reception that stretches up to 300meters from it's base point. Isn't that great? You could do a whole lap of the block, talking on your landline at the same time. The phone has a digital display which gives you all of the information that you'll ever need! The phone is also packed with loads of special features, such as quickdials and a built-in program menu.
There are bad points to the phone aswell, though. For starters, the time it takes for the battery to charge is horrendous. It takes almost a day for the phone to charge when you buy it, which is even worse then this awful BT Wireless phone that we have had before (that didn't even last half a year)!
Another bad point is that the ear-piece to the phone gets imensely uncomfortable when you have held it to your ear after a while. Obviously then, this effects your experience of the phone.
Overall, though, this amazing phone isn't all that bad!

Ianmac, could you type in the EXACT display you are getting? For example, mine is now saying "h1 19-06 b1". I think that you are mistaking the 1 for an I and the b for a 6. If your's is actually displaying "h1 (TIME) b1", or "h1 (TIME) b0", if means "handset 1 and baseunit 1", or "handset 1 and baseunit 0."

<br>I hope that this helps!

I know what you're getting at, but I can assure you that a SINGLE pack Binatone e3300 is a lot better than those awful BT Analogue Cordless phones. We have had 2, and both have broken on us - after a period of just a few months - due to horrendous battery life. They also have no 'extra' features, such as displaying time or allowing netowrk/intercom calls.

I do not recommend these cordless phones. I purchased a quad pack and will be exchanging them for another make. Why? Because (a) they keep cutting out, even when quite close to the base unit, (b) the receiver volume frequently drops right off, and (c) the display is confusing and difficult to read, especially in poor light – far harder to read than the excellent display on my Nokia 1100 mobile. In fact, they are not as good as my old BT analogue cordless phones.
