Good Points: Nice looking hardware

Bad Points: The £700 computer has been back to them 4 times as it would freeze games, crash, blue screen, switch itself off etc. Each time, they have kept it for months then returned it saying they've replaced the graphics card or memory and twice even said there was nothing wrong with it.
Now refuse to give rplacement or refund as has gone past the 12 month guarantee.

General comments: Avoid at all costs. Now called www.aria.co.uk

I've had my computer (Gladiator Proteus Home Partner - £188, inc p&p) for about a month now. I bought it through aria.co.uk and I must say that I'm absolutely delighted with it. It runs well (even before I upgraded with an extra 2gb of ram), it has a good case, it appears to be well cooled, the components are fine and it was a superb price. Their customer service is excellent - I had to phone about 3 times and each time the guy was really helpful and very knowledgeable.

After sending me the wrong graphics card, they issued an RMA. I sent it back at my own expense, then they took 18months!!! To issue a refund.

I also had a power supply that blew up. Rather than waiting 2ish weeks to get a replacement (while I sent it back and they checked that it was really broken), they agreed to send the replacement in advance as long as I paid for it (to be refunded if my supply was really broken).
1year later, they still haven't processed the refund. At this point, when ...

They have an excellent range to choose from, and an excellent service towards their customers. They dealt with my issues fairly rapidly. I advise anyone within the UK, or even abroad to look into Gladiator Computers if they're looking for an excellent service and good value for money.

Searched the internet for a computer system for my children. Decided to pay around £500. A number of companies appeared to have what I wanted but when I searched for information about the companies they seemed to have a lot of dissatisfied customers, except Gladiator Computers. We purchased a PC package from Gladiator Computers 2 months ago, and we have been very happy with the product so far. It is of good quality. The ordering and delivery process was painless. They have even telephoned to check that all is well. I have just recommended them to my Mum, so they must be good.

I purchased a Trident base unit from Gladiator Computers, with an upgrade to the Asus A8N32 SLI Deluxe, and a better PSU.

Gladiator said no problems. The motherboard was out of stock for a while, but I was told of this right from the start.

When the motherboard came in stock, the base unit was built and it arrived the same week, with all the drivers and the manuals.

I couldn't be any more pleased than I am.

I ordered the Gladiator Trident2 64 3500 PC System with sli mobo upgrade from Gladiator Computers late in the evening on December 16th. It arrived as stated on December 21st.

For a pre-Christmas build and delivery, I was a little worried, but hey it arrived exactly on time. And quickly too for the time of year.

It was very easy to install everything. The supplied discs; mobo, graphics, DVD burn, play.. etc. I was pleased with.

I bought one of Gladiator Computers (www.gladiatorcomputers.co.uk) mid-range desktop computers along with the OS. It arrived promptly with the OS and all relevant software already installed, but with installation CDs and all relevant licences and instruction manuals included. Gladiator Computers - I have bought several items off of this company over the past year or so, ranging from the guts of a whole system to a graphics card upgrade and more ram. They're always handy on the phone, even when I'm asking about overclocking ratio's and pin connections. I have no problems with pointing people towards their site and recommending you to browse.

Needed a new, but not too expensive computer. After reading a number of PC mag's decided on Gladiator computers 5900XT Trojan package. Glad I did. Everything I expected and more. Thank you Gladiator.

I bought a graphics card from Gladiator Computers and due to a postal strike it wasn't delivered for weeks, in which time I had already found another card elsewhere. Gladiator Computers let me send it back and refunded my money right away, no hassle, no problems. Excellent service I will definitly use again.

This must be one of the best online shop, if not the best for computers parts I have ever used. I have used them for over a year and a half. Great services never too busy to help and always mail you if there's a problem with an order. This company offers a personal touch in the faceless world of online buying.

I bought a CD-RW from Gladiator last week and was very impressed with the service. They were able to help me decide on the best model for my budget and helped me with installation and using the thing afterwards.
