Bad Points: Just for indoor, wind is the biggest foe.

General comments: My TAU 7 is 25 years old and I made 60 shots like a pro today:)

Over all the Tau 7 air pistol is reliable, the grip could be better but the BRNO Tau 7 has great accuracy and is a good air pistol to fire.

Fired Tau 7 today for first time.
An excellent target pistol, capable of great accuracy, with a bit of a punch as well.
Regularly hitting 1' knockdowns on a 25 metre range.
    Looks excellent.
A little tricksy to load and cock, but a dream to fire.
Most excellent target pistol for not a lot of money, built in true Czech tradition of quality, precision and accuracy.

My BRNO Tau 7 Match is an extremely well made CO2 air pistol that can shoot as well as pistols costing twice the price and more. I bought a used one for $399.00 and am very happy with it. The trigger is nice and sensitive, it accepts almost any brand .177 pellet, features variable power adjustment from 300 - 600 fps, is extremely accurate and well balanced, and a joy to shoot. Highly recommended!

A club member allows me to shoot his Tau-7 Silhouette model, after a silhouette match. It has a scope mounted on the front of the barrel. I shot it using the two hand hold. I think is because the combination of the scope and me shooting two hands that I feel absolutely no recoil from this pistol. The trigger is excellent, but is not at the same level as the expensive German 10-meter pistol. I would have no second thought about using this pistol as a 10-meter competition pistol. When I test fire ...

Dear readers; I'd like to share my thoughts on shooting my Tau7 air pistol. I bought it at a pawn shop for 150 cdn, it needed a new valve spring and piercing cap o ring. Also, I am kack handed as you Britishers say, I can say that when I got it sorted out(at first the leakage problems were a little puzzling), it is in your interest to get some spare o ring seals for the various points, I don't know if the new valve spring is limiting the muzzle velocity I can get with it. No matter, the strik ...
