    Good Points: Sound is amazing. Had an accident with it the first year I got it, where the violin cracked near the hole. It withstood that incident and still plays wonderfully, though I've moved on to a more expensive violin I still love going back to my first. Meisel is all around a good bet for a student violin.


    Bad Points: I've never had a problem with it!


    General comments: I have a Meisel Model 6110 and have had it for 9 years, I'd recommend it over the others I've tried. It has a very powerful sound so I've always had to compensate in the orchestra, but it is wonderful and definitely stands out.
