    The Bach Strad 180 produces a great sound. It has a nice valve action and beautiful finish - mine is in Silver. Envy of the trumpet section in the band now :). Would consider getting the reverse main slide option, other than that great instrument. Valves need a lot of maintenance for the first few months on new instrument, as do the slides especially the removable section of the 3rd slide. Worth the money - look after it and it will serve you well.
