It's an easy guitar to play. Pickups are sensitive to the touch and powerful output. It came set up from factory with perfect intonation. Really, I've played LPs, SG's, strats and firebirds. This is my favorite.
Just be careful with the horns. You could easily bump them if you get a little wild, but this is obvious because the guitar will make you inspired to play and play.

immense guitar. sounds great, might change the neck pickup though. Looks great with the gold. extremely light and easy to play. very fast and thin neck. overall great buy. alot better than my dean razorback v (read more)

The Jackson RR5 is light wieght, easy to play, nice sound imo I bought it and haven't used ny other guitar for metal in 3 years since i got it (read more)

The Jackson RR5has an awesome sound(clean sound such as distortion sound),awesome look(form,colour,gold hardware).A great battle axe in your hands. is not so easily to play sitted..you have to found the right position before you can remain satisfied from the form of the guitar (read more)

The Jackson RR5 has a super thin neck which is killer for lead playing. Plus the 22 jumbo frets make it easier to reach the higher frets. Great pickups :) sound amazing! It's hard to sit down with (you get used to that). Classic Randy Roads shape. Overall it is a awsome axe! (read more)
