I purchased my F-ender Toronado in the year 2000 and it was my very first guitar. Anything I owned prior to this, I only kept, at most, for two or three months before trading up, so after a variety of Stratocaster's I wanted to purchase something that was a little less ubiquitous. My Fender Toronado is great all around! I have been playing for over 10 years, and this guitar is one of my all-time favorites for sure. Great tone, plenty of lows and highs to meet your music needs. I bought one of these used for under $200.00 (US)
This guitar plays fantastic and sounds awesome! It's also very cool looking. This is a great instrument with the exception of the tuners, which I plan to replace. I'd pay $500 or $600 for this guitar without hesitation. I'm a big Fender fan and I needed a guitar with humbuckers and this fit the bill exactly!
