great hollow body sound, motown, early george harrison leads, day tripper, nowhere man, great looking. The wammy bar is not like the fenders, i dont use it anyway, not with this guitar, its a top notch rythum guitar, you just cant beat it for the money, the p90 pickups are nice, not real noisy like the standard strats. It has its place in your arsenal, i will assure you of that

Gives a great rockabilly sound and if you plug it into a POD your back in the 50`s, even looks the part. Poor quality tin epiphone badge at the top cheapens the overall look. Love the guitar, no need to spend out on a Gretch.

Have just bought an Epiphone Wildcat and have to say it looks & sounds amazing as well as being really versatile. I have one slight problem with a noise with the cable input jack but overall this is a great guitar for the money, just need to have the cable input jack looked at.
