    General comments: Two of us stayed several nights at the Le Meridien Pyramids in October 2008, just loved the place...recommend it to everyone!!!

    it's some time ago since I was at the Cairo Le Meridien Pyramids, a whole year I guess, but then it was splendid. The food was great, nice big clean rooms and service was marvellous.

    The Cairo Le Meridien Pyramids hotel is perfectly located near the Pyramids of Giza. That is its only good point. The rooms, the staff and the ameneties are all lagging. They state they have just had a refurbishment, I beg to differ. The hotel is a dump and service is pathetic. For a 4* rated hotel it is much closer to a lower 3* at times bordering 2*. Avoid at all costs, recommend either the Grand Hyatt Cairo which is absolutely faultless, or the Mina House Oberio which is also close to ...
