Great transportation vehicle that is practical and look cool. I ride a ZX6R Kawasaki Ninja, and sold that bike and kept this Honda Reflex 250. Plus the people I love prefer riding with this over sports bike any day. :DOh EASIEST motor vehicle to maintain yourself...valve adjustment, oil change...everything is just so easy. GREAT JOB Honda~~~!!! But why did you discontinue it?

I have a 2004 Reflex. I ride almost daily and commute 40 miles each day. I won't say it is a great bike on the highway. Here in Florida the highway traffic tends to run at 75+, The Reflex seems happiest at 55-60 on the highway. Around town, it's probably the best bike on the road. Plenty of room for storing a helmet, books or a bag of groceries. I get about 63 mpg which considering the 18 mpg I get from my truck is pretty incredible! Took the bike in for an 8k maintenance check a few months ...

The Honda Reflex is the perfect around town scooter. If you want to ride on the higway, get a bigger bone, A Silverwing, a Burgman or a motorcycle. But if you ride is 10-20 miles around town the reflex is a fine ride. Easy to handle and lots of fun.

I have driven over 1500 miles and I have nothing bad to say about the reflex. I know that a few have made comments about the lack of speed on the highway. This unit can keep up with traffic on the interstate 65-75 mph however anyone buying this bike should know that this is not a touring bike, basicly made for city use. It is true that it has a breakdown between 30-40 mph, if you try to push it, if you just apply a constant roll on the throttle it will be less noticed. I started out getting abou ...

Overall good quality machine-You know its a Honda. I have a 2004 NSS250A and just reached 18000 miles. My last machine was a 1500/6 Goldwing which I put 110000 on in 15 years. I would recomend this machine to anyone.

The Honda Reflex is my 4th scooter in over 30 years, and THREE of them were Honda. I strayed, briefly, to another brand (a chinese brand called Tank), but regretted it immediately. The price and MPG was great, but, the poor design, and shoddy assembly left a lot to be desired. I always felt unsure and worried that there'd be an unpleasant surprise waiting for me whenever I fired it up.
Ive never felt this with any of my Hondas!

I have an after market exhaust, K-mod, tank bag, K&N filter, pulsing high beam, flashing stop strobe light, GPS. It runs all day on 2.5 gallons of gas, will run 80 but not recommended. Wouldn't dream of getting rid of it, too much fun.

Overall, I have enjoyed it more and used it more than the more powerful, more "tough guy" motorcycles I had in the past.

I own a 2006 Honda Reflex and I would recommend this scooter for any rider, especially beginners. If you are looking for speed, this is not your bag. Every single aspect of this scooter is great - except for the speed. I'm thinking about getting some of the roller weights removed for some higher rpms (I've read that this is supposed to greatly increase acceleration). If Honda makes a 400 or 500cc reflex, I'll be the first to buy. I give it a 9 out of 10. If the acceleration was better I would gi ...

I purchased the 2006 Reflex Sport for myself for my birthday this year [I'm so spoiled]. My main reasons were gas mileage in the 60's, automatic transmission, and speeds beyond any US highway speed limit. I have always wanted a scooter for pleasure riding and necessary commuting. My choices were between the reflex, the SilverWing and the YAMAHA Majesty. Well, Yamaha wouldn't finance me, and Honda wouldn't give me the extra $2000 in financing for the Silverwing. So the Reflex it is.

    I am ext ...

My Honda Reflex is my second scooter. My first was a cheap mainland China make and frankly it sucked in terms of build quality and reliability. I road it for six months before deciding it had to go. I wanted a scooter that was everything the Chinese brand wasn't, and, after some research, I decided on the Honda Reflex. I'm short (5'4") and the relatively low seat height is a plus for me. I've heard some complaints about the stock Reflex windshield being too small, but at my height, it's plenty g ...

I have a 2004 Honda Reflex which I picked up used with only 600 miles. I've been a motorcycle rider for over 25 years and this is my first scooter, just wanted to give it a try really. I've been so surprised by the competence and capabilities of this Reflex! What a great vehicle, runs easily on the freeway in Houston traffic, commutes 65 miles a day and averages about 64mpg. One thing that strikes me is the comfortable ride of this bike, the ergos are really good, I bet you could do a long dista ...

This scooter became my primary source of transport after my car was stolen, recovered, and found ruined. Rather than spend several thousand to repair a car who's blue book value was less than that (it was 10 years old anyway but still had a few good years left in it!).
I bought the Honda Reflex 250 after doing a lot of research into scooters. Honda's brand reliability swayed me, not to mention the Reflex's good looks. This is my first 2-wheeler, and it was a great way to break into riding a "bi ...

The Honda Reflex 250 is my first bike and I am glad I started on it but now I want more power.
I put a GIVI wind shield on it and I am now more satisfied with it but I am still thinking about getting a larger scooter or a much bigger Motorcycle.
I have put 6,000 miles on it in 5 months with no need for repair and have changed the oil every 2000 miles.

I've had 20 motorcycles and 38 years of experience riding motorcycles in the dirt and on streets and this Honda Reflex 250 scooter is a blast. It's nimble, smooth, easy to ride, lightweight and sleek looking. I've had it 3 months and put 4,000 miles on it and ride to work virtually every day; something I didn't do on a motorcycle. I'm seriously considering selling my BMW and getting a larger scooter to get me around the country - that's how I feel about this scooter.

I have a new 2006 Honda Reflex 250. Ride it every day to work and love it! I have 1000 miles on it already and it just keeps running smoother and smoother. Average gas mileage is 60-65 mpg. I have had it up to 70 easily and I am a big man, around 300 lbs.

Only complaint is the usual one for Reflex's and that is the poor acceleration between 30 - 40. It would be nice if the automatic tranny would hold off another 600 - 1000 rpm before shifting. The power is there, it just shifts too quickly. ...

I've ridden motorcycles over 50 years & find my wrists just can't handle a heavier bike. My wife absolutely loves to ride (behind me) on our Honda Reflex 250, and we haul it in an enclosed cargo trailer and ride it everywhere we travel! It's quiet, comfortable, & just a joy to ride! We have ridden, double, to over 6000 feet in the Mt Laguna area, double on interstates & wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!
