    Good Points: The new Beaverton store in Tanasbourne have nice rugs and salesmen seem friendly.


    Bad Points: No money back policy? That is what I was told by 2 salesmen there yesterday. This was never conveyed at any time during the sale.


    General comments: Purchased from NW Rugs on Sunday, brought it back on Monday as it was too large for the space.

    I was told that there is a no refund policy. This was not conveyed at time of purchase. They said that I could not return a rug as their insurance policy would not cover it in case of damage and what not.

    They will however swap it out for something else. Not a happy camper.

    I have recommended NW Rugs to friends, and I continue to shop there when I have furniture, rug, lighting, and accessory needs.

    NW Rugs - Charge in Dispute:

    $1795 from NW Rugs, Wilsonville, OR.
    They have stores in: L.A., Las Vegas, and Portland , Oregon metro area. 5/12/04: Purchased a rug from NW Rugs. The size I wanted was not in stock so it was ordered. I asked the salesperson if I could return the rug if the colors were not right. She said yes. I asked about delivery time and she said that another store might have it in stock and that it would be sent over right away. Otherwise it would be 2-4 weeks. ...
