Good Points: 1- Very active stuff especially those for beverage and restaurant services, They are little in number but you can't feel that. (very good leader).
2- Nice people in reception, make you feel in your family.

Bad Points: 1- House keeping need more assistant and workers in my opinion.

General comments: Sea Star Hotel is on a very nice resort with good beach and kind relation with guests. Nice people in reception, make you feel in your family. Delicious food with big quantities and wide varieties. We are spent nice week there last and this year.

This is an ideal break if you want a quite holiday.
It is not suitable for teenagers as there is not a lot for them to do.
The day trips were very well oganised, and the coaches were very comfortable.

This was by far the most enjoyable holiday I have ever been on. The staff were very friendly, and they would do anything to make the stay enjoyable. I was feeling ill one day and one of the bar men went into the kitchen and got some fresh lemons and did me a drink with honey, hot water, lemons and ice, which made me feel miles better.

The pool, hotel, rooms and surrounding hotel ground was always very clean. The food was repetitive, but it was always very tasty and I did not contract Egyptia ...

The Taba Sea Star Hotel in Egypt is in a boring location. There is nothing to do. There is no entertainment in the daytime, and you are unable to walk anywhere other than the hotel.

I don't like to be scathing, honestly, but my personal experience at the Sea Star Hotel in Egypt was so bad that I am going to have to be.

Although you can't fault the weather here, the hotel I would just not visit. I stayed at the Sea Star with my best friend. We were 20 and 21 at the time, and to say we were 'harassed' at times would be an understatement. The hotel manager told us we were being 'provocative' by dancing at the disco the one night it was open. The locks on our door didn't ...

The people at the Taba Sea Star Hotel in Egypt were friendly and easy to talk to.
The hotel was clean and tidy. The food was amazing. They were always trying to help you and please you.
It is right on the border of Israel, so you are not in the middle of nowhere.

This hotel was an excellent holiday, the people/staff were friendly and fun. The hotel complex was clean, tidy and always being checked on. The main bad points were that on the beach there were too many jellyfish. The food was repetitive, but always nice and done in different ways. I wouldn't say this hotel was for elderly or young children, as the day trips were miles away or a lot of walking. The entertainment wasn't brilliant, as every Friday and Tuesday it was the same, and nothing in bet ...

We booked this holiday a week before we were due to go paying £319 pp and flew out with astreus airlines which we found very to be very prompt and of a good standard!

We arrived at the Sea Star in the early hours of the morning where staff were waiting to greet us with refreshing beverages and an offer of food to be brought to our room which we gratefully accepted.

The room was comfortable and very clean and remained that way during our stay at the hotel it was fully air-conditioned ...

    Sea Star Hotel:
Holiday period 21st - 28th March. We are couple aged mid 40's. Food was plentiful and adequate, extras such as drinks and snacks very cheap and well presented. Staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Would recommend to others - but you must remember that this area is not overly developed so a quiet holiday is possible, although there is a disco and occaisional entertainment. Good excursions available and they send you out with very good meal boxes for excursions.

The food at the Taba Sea Star Hotel was a bit disappointing but it was plentiful and none of us had upset tummies. There were things that did not work and you can either get irritated or smile and regard these as quirky and individual. This hotel is individual rather than corporate and the staff are wonderfully friendly. There is nothing besides the hotel in the area and the entertainment is limited if you are a party animal.

We are a couple aged 23 and 28 and we have just returned from Taba and we had a fabulous time! We met some fantastic people who we enjoyed the sunshine and a few beers with. An excellent relaxing holiday with staff who were willing to bend over backwards to help. The hotel was lovely and clean and our rooms were kept clean and tidy throughout. The only issuse we had was that the food was very repetitive. Although my partner and I will eat pretty much anything we struggled to get enthusiastic abo ...

I and two others went to this "Sea Star Hotel" in June 2004. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone apart from those seeking bad food and no fun. None of the advertised restaurants were open. The disco was empty. They advertise cocktails but did not know or have the ingredients to make anything but a screwdriver. Spent most of the time at the Hilton in Taba, the sea star run a free bus, mostly whenever you like. The driver is happy to stop at the shop on the way back so you can buy som ...

We were told that the Sea Star Hotel was a 3 star resort, with promises of a choice of 3 restaurants and several bars at out disposal, unfortunately only the main restaurant was open, which did not give a great deal of choice. Also suffered with an upset stomach, which started 2 days into our holiday. The staff were friendly enough, but there English is very limited especially if you are asking an awkward question. We did find out that the bars and restaurants were not open because it wasn't bu ...

Taba Sea Star Hotel - Although hotel adequate, friendly staff, wonderful beach and snorkelling, hotel food on buffet was left uncovered and not chilled. We both contracted food poisoning at the hotel which was confirmed on our return by the doctor.

We stayed at the Taba Sea Star Hotel for 2 weeks in July/August 2003 We were a bit apprehensive as this was our first time to Egypt and we got a very cheap deal so we weren't expecting much, but when we arrived we very suprised to find that the hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful. A great place to stay if you want to explore. We didn't do any trips as we plan to go back this year with a little extra spending money but we did scuba dive at the Hilton which I would highly recommend an ...
