Rowntrees Fruit Gums have been around for years, though I can't guess on how much they cost now I must say they last ages. The tube has a selection of 4-5 different flavours and although they don't taste particulary nice you have to eat them all.
Very hard chewy filling pulling sweets - but they do last!

Rowntree's fruit gums have very little fat,no sodium, they contain potassium which is vital for heart rhythm. Sodium knocks out potassium level. They are one of a few products which have remained the same down through the years. They taste as good as they always did! These are good for dieters too as they do not' rocket' your blood sugar.
