This Weihrauch gun is slightly heavy but then as i am a big lad i would rather too heavy than too light. accuracy is good but i need new scope so should be even better.

The Weihrauch HW35 is one of the best rifles on the market. Accuate to a tee, slightly on the heavy side, but that comes with quality.

The Weihrauch HW35 i think is great and is probably the best air rifle i have bought, the rekord trigger is very smooth and makes it pleasurable to shoot. The gun can be tuned alot to so if you want more power you can get it! and its very good for pest control too.

I have owned my Weihrauch HW35 for 25 years now. It was an airgun "club "gun when new but was tuned (stronger spring etc) and referbished just before it was offered to me by the club owner. I bought it and it is still the best airgun I have.A friend of mine has a comressed air gun (no recoil) at 20 yards he can put 5 pellets into a target less than 20mm round.. I can only manage the same at 30 mm . But my gun will kill small prey at 50 yards no ploblem. His is far less likely to do that. Concide ...

It so happens that i own this Weihrauch HW35 air rfle and i personally thnk that it is brilliant.

this air rifle is a brilliant starter rifle if the potential owner is new to the sport.
The weight is distributed evenly throughout the rifle.
    A karbine version is availble.
    highly accurate.
    brilliant wood stock and body.
Will last as long as the owner does!
Quite heavy, not ideal for carrying for long periods of time.

Great gun for pest control, hunting or tin cans.
I've had my HW35 since I was 15 and that's some 25 years now. I have always found to it to be very reliable and incredibly accurate. The stock is comfortable and the gun sits nice and snug. Once you are familiar with the rifle you will be amazed at how precise this gun is, even at long range. The pellet goes where it should. I used to knock over spent shotgun cartridges from 35-40 yards without too much problem!
Whilst there are comments about th ...

Excellent all round air-gun, that does the job in a simple efficient manner. Its accurate, the handling is great and its all of a good quality.
I think the open sights could be improved but other than that the Weihrauch HW35 is a great air rifle.

Just got this hw35 scopes 4x40 silencer bag and some pellets for 57pounds and that ' s why am giving 10 out of ten. At that price how can I not give that? Has for the gun got to say it makes me feel like a big kid I love it and find it hard to put down. The gun is well made and it felt part of me in know time and was popping cans off soon has I tuck a shot. I did think that it would have less power then it did from looking at this site before I got it. But am more then happy with the power. So t ...

Other than the weight distribution it is a very accurate and reliable rifle and definately worth the money. Very accurate, espescially for a single stroke. Very powerful for a non-fac rifle. Easy to handle (lever for barrel to open saves effort). Very reliable, I have had mine for a couple of years now it had a previous owner and I have never had a problem or innacuracy.

This is a great gun I love mine, and was skint I was tempted to sell it but just couldn ' t bring myself to do it im glad now it takes rabbits on a regular basis and is an incredible weapon. The weight is quite heavy but this I find no problem at all. It was slightly modified when I bought it so a careful choice of pellet is essential for me but the gun is a beast and very reliable. I cannot recommend these rifles enough if you have a chance to buy one do they are great the adjustable trigger on ...

Put a scope on it. Rats, rabbits beware, at 25 meters and with a super point pellet, the pellet will go clean through the head and out the otherside. Good quick clean kill. I use this working on a farm instead of a fire arm. Its Ideal for pest control.

i shoot very good groups with it at any range up to 35 meters, even with the well known inaccurate Gamo pro magnum pellets, great rifle, i advise a scope for it, that makes it dead on accurate for birs and pest control.

I have the hw 35 k E thats the one with the silencer. The good points are its very quiet and has low recoil , plus its very powerful. ideal to kill vermin, e.g crows, rabbits, magpies, jays, pigoen, from about 45 to about 55 yards. Have not found any bad points so far to tell you .

I purchased my HW 35L from Air Rifle Headquarters in 1971 when I was a kid. I still have it, just recently reblued everything and refinished the walnut stock. This was my first introduction to high quality air guns and back then nobody my age had one. I learned to deal with the recoil and once I had that down the rifle was deadly to small game and birds. I could nail anything up to about 50 yards.

The only maintenance was to replace the spring and the breech seal. Keep it in good shape it ...
