I have used this concealer/highlighter under my eyes for a few years now and cant imagine using anything else as it covers my dark circles, ok they don't dissapear completely but it does make them look sooo much better. I have very sensitive eyes and have reacted very badly to other creams and concealers but never to this!

Yves St Laurent gave me red scaly patches under the eyes make me look 20 years older and has made me considerably depressed and withdrawn from socialising. Even to not wanting to leave the house. Will never use again and would consider legal action.

I developed exactly the same problem as the previous reviewer - very sore red ezcema under my eyes. I've never suffered with this before. As a concealer I wasn't impressed - it's very thin. L'oreal's touch maqic is tonnes better and half the price.

Didn't know how to take this product!
It Highlights the eye area (BONUS!!) but doesn't do the best job at actually concealing.

I tried applying this over and under my foundation to see which worked best with this product and for my face. Neither way did the Touch Eclat highlighter cover my dark bags under my eyes.
Instead I tried first applying my MAC Select Cover Up concealer (which has always worked wonders in covering the black circles, but not so great on highlighting the area).
    It cover ...

The product I like the least from YSL. Lasts long, confortable, easy to use, does not harm your skin, but, does not offer full coverage. Very sheer. Better for women who look for something to illuminate their undereye and who don't have dark circles

This concealer is the best one I used so far, because not only it covers dark circles, also brightens your face, making you look fresh all day. It's worth every penny!

Great product, an essential in my make up bag. Lights up the eyes, doesn't cake on the skin or hide in the lines like the Clinique Airbrush.

Yves St Laurent Touche Eclat concealer starts to smell really bad after a short time. It also tends to cake a little round spots, and during the course of an evenings partying it seems to come off, leaving all your blemishes clearly visible by the end of the night. It's good for highlighting though, and putting a line of it above your lip and blending it in definitely emphasises your pout.

This product causes allergies to the eye for many women, its ok for a few weeks but the skin seems to go into an intolerance and the results are horrific. I will never use it again

This is the very best concealer. Besides concealing it brings light to one's face. magic, the best.

Took a while to find alternative but I have been using Dior pen and it seems to be ok. Not against YSL as such: use other YSL products and they are great - can really recommend lipsticks (Rouge Pur.)

Upon reading Nicky's review, I thought I would try Dior's skinflash concealer. I have to tell you Nicky, although I realize the product worked best for you, the Dior was not up to the Yves St Laurent Radiant Touche Eclat at all. It has a much tackier feel, as it stays on the eye area and does not have the light, smooth texture that the Yves St. Laurent has. It definitely does not have the same light reflecting properties that Yves St. Laurent has. In fact, the opposite of your experience (wi ...

I've been using it for over 2 years now. At first it seemed there's no way that something so pale and watery covers my undereye circles but,the fairest nuance works beautiful for me. It is quite easy to use and it instantly gives a fresh, subtile look.
It is pretty expensive but worth every penny since it lasts for a really long time. A pen lasts for at least 3 months of constant usage (2 times a day).
Only bad point is that when you click it and use it, sometimes the content runs out long aft ...

I have been using this concealer for the past year without any problems. However, I recently went home on holiday, and as I forgot to take mine, I borrowed my mums. 2 days later I developed an uncomfortable rash under my eyes. I'm wondering if it's not a developed allergy - but something wrong with a batch of the Yves St Laurent Touche Eclat product!

Does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of the rash?

I needed a concealer to hide a couple of very small, barely noticeable blemishes on my skin so I thought Yves St Laurent Touche Eclat would do the job very well. A friend of mine had been using it constantly since the age of 13 and always had very even looking skin. When I applied it to the blemishes and under my eyes, I didn't notice a difference. The blemishes weren't covered at all, they were just caked up. Although I barely ever get bags under my eyes (thank you genetics!), it still didn't c ...

I now use Dior Skin Flash, this is even better than Yves St Laurent Touche Eclat as I find it doesn't go cakey as YSL can if you use too much, also I have been using it for about a year and have had no skin problems whatsoever.

I started using Yves St Laurent Touche Eclat and after it ran out I've tried a few cheaper alternatives but none of them come close to Touche Eclat. At the end of the day - you get what you pay for.

I suffer from dark circles under my eyes and have been paranoid abou this for years. When I first started using Yves St Laurent Touche Eclat I thought it was great as it wasn't heavy like a concealer but did the job at reducing the dark circles however after about 9 - 12 months of use I started to get a red, dry rash right under my lower lash line. I suffer from mild eczema so I though it was that and applied my prescription eczema cream and continued using Touche Eclat. However a friend who doe ...
