Asked Names to make a change to my glue records for 3 DNS's always decent always professional just a great service. I was a bit disgruntled once but they were able to calm me down and explain things about DNS settings which made complete logical sense, amazing company with great talented staff. Really, that's not a joke . I am from Belgium and I worked in London for a few months. Having just joined Namesco and bought a domain name, I was having a few silly problems getting my Litemail email account to work. A quick message to Support gave me the information I required, so quickly resolved. I too, have had to query other matters especially after a very bad experience with another Domain Registrar company. Do you work for NamesCo ?

My experience with them is a nightmare. Their Support is almost non-existent, you are left waiting for ages listening to a voice mail service and you are being charged a premium phone rate all the while. When you do get someone to eventually answer your call, they are arrogant and don't allow you to explain the problems that you are having with your hosting.
They always blame the customer and never admit to anything being a problem on their side. I am definitely switching to a more reliable hosting provider with a more efficient customer/technical support facility in the new year !

No! I definitely do not work for Namesco. I simply believe in speaking as I find. I won't bore you with the details of my awful experiences with 1&1 - so whatever you do, don't go to them! Their so-called Customer Support is located in the Phillipines and elsewhere. As time goes on if I have a bad experience with Namesco, I will certainly say so. Sorry to hear of your experience, but mine has been the exact opposite.
