    Good Points: A good buy when looking for a printer for light jobs, which is what I use it for. I believe though, that it can stand much heavier duties. I've never had a paper jam not even once.


    Bad Points: However, the scanner and copier are its weak points. The scanner fails quite early in its life, followed by the copier. With regard to the PSC 750 specifically, HP Tech Support was not helpful. I was amazed to see online, the huge numbers of people complaining about the scanner failure error message. I now use mine for printing only. Will not throw it away just yet.


    General comments: HP PSC 750 does the job it is supposed to do well. It is fast and easy to handle and the software is very much user friendly. Prints very well and the ink is not too expensive, compared to other brands. Will recommend it for light home business and for students.

    After years of searching for the HP PSC 750 multifunction printer, I managed to find one on eBay. I was so annoyed to find that HP have discontinued it, and replaced it with the even better 950, then discontinued the range.

    The printer/scanner/copier are all great functions, and it is a good budget unit. It is a shame that the cartridges will be discontinued come Spring 2006.

    Wish it had a fax option included. Overall, good for the price. Just figure on replacing every few years when scanner bulb fails if you use it to scan often. It can't be replaced.

    I was recommended this HP PSC 750 Multifunction Printer by a supplier of mine and I must say I am very impressed. I paid £99.00 for this machine from PC World and it is excellent.

    If your looking for a new printer or scanner look at the models on offer from HP.
