    Good Points: It has the name on the front


    Bad Points: Not supported by Microsoft. No drivers with the drive or available on the web.


    General comments: This drive was installed in my PC from new. As soon as you change any of the preinstalled software this drive is "goosed". Would not recommend to anybody.

    This HP DVD400i dvd writer should say right on the box that it is not supported by windows xp and that HP will only provide support for a fee.
    This is definitely not a product that i would recommend to anyone living outside the US as the cost for the drivers is obscene.
