    I ordered business cards which apparently should be delivered within 7 days. 7 days came and went, emailed to ask where my order was - they said wait another 5 days due to postal strikes. The following week I emailed asking where were my cards. Eventually they admitted they had not printed or posted them and I am now waiting for a refund. Complete and utter waste of time. The only thing they were quick at was taking the money from my credit card.

    I used to use Viking Direct and they did have good service and an easy to use website. However, a company called full circle supplies quoted for me and were cheaper and saved me quite a lot of money.

    Viking Direct sometimes deliver the same dayalways replace any lost items. not many FSC paper productscan be expensive for some itemstoo many catalogs in the post

    Have tried a huge number of times to resolve the issues, even gone as far as writing to the Board of Directors and senior management. Managing director has not accepted my phone calls for the past three weeks

    I have been inundated with paper work telling me that my ordered goods were on route, that I have succeeded in setting up an account and then found that it was incredibly difficult to get hold of anyone on the phone, or to cut through red tape directly over the net. I didn't find their systems worked well and instead of being a help were a hindrance. Years ago; when we first used their service they were better organised.

    I've used them a few times now, and without fail, they've sent out 'returned' or damaged stock each time!

    The fact that Viking Direct are great at delivering initially very quickly, holds no water when they can't send out new stock... I'll give them their due, they do sort the problems out very quickly and without hassle, but please, for the love of God, stop sending out your returns!

    Viking Direct offer really fast delivery and service I ordered my leather chair on Wednesday morning and it was delivered that afternoon!! I could not believe it. I bought the leather chair for only £29.99. It is a great looking chair at a very cheap price.

    I received by the way of a Viking Direct SPAM email an attractive offer of a cheap radiator - high wattage, easily moved on wheel, on/off timer etc etc for only 20.00 normal I just bin the SPAM sent by companies who send this unsolicited junk but on this occasion I was tempted to purchase the item. The website showed the picture of the item 250x250 pixels clearly showing the wheels, the timer etc. The description as still shown says - 1.5 KW RADIATOR.
    Thermostatic control.

    I ordered 2 simple items of stationery from Viking Direct on the 8th November 2004 at 20h30.
    I'm writing this on 15th November 2004 at 18h50 and still I have had no delivery.

    Don't believe their statement about same day delivery, it's completely untrue and should be removed from their website.
