I've used Viking for more than 20 years. No longer. Whatever has happened to their speedy efficient service? At end-September I ordered 4 printer cartridges at about £80 each. When I got the confirmation email I saw that the delivery date was going to be more than a week away. That was no good as i needed the cartridges quickly. So, I rang them to cancel the order. I wish I had seen these reviews before dealing with this company. Shreder purchased on 20/07/2016 to be delivered within 5 working days. I cancelled order the next day 21/07/2016 because I found it cheaper else where with faster delivery. Note that item had not even been processed or dispatched when I cancelled. I was told my refund would take 2 days which never arrived. Appalling, Horrendous Trying to get a product picked up that was misrepresented on the web site incorrect size. Keep being told they will pick up and then it is 8 days before I get my money returned. costumer service is the worst to pick up the phone I have waited 15min on the phone waiting to be ans:on 2/6/16 then 12 min again but no ans: ten waited to here from them no one rang back. today 3/6/16 I rang again and waited about 10 min still no ans. “Replacement HP Laser cartridge”

Viking delivered my original cartridge on time. However it turned out to be faulty so I called them at 6pm the same day. They said immediately that it must be faulty and reordered saying that due to the time the delivery would be the day after.But to my surprise and delight it arrived at 10am the next day. “Do not trust Viking Direct with your credit/debit card”

I ordered an office chair from Viking Direct on Wed 20/04/2016. The Company website said that the item was in stock, and confirmed to me that the chair would be delivered the next day (22/04/2016). “Worst service ever”

I ordered a shredder and trays and was informed that they will be here on the 31st March. It didn't arrive and so I phoned up today to see what had happened and was told it wasn't in stock??? Why did no one have the courtesy to tell me this? This was my first order with Viking and I must say how disappointed I am with the service. Ordered an item, after 2 days I was told that there was a payment issue. Checked with the bank who said no I problem so contacted again and ordered over the phone and was told the stock was still ok. The day it was due to be delivered had a call from them and they said would be the next day . “Ignorant, unhelpful and unprofessional.”

I was a regular Client of Vikings for many years. I would place a large order every week. I have since returned today to place a large order and instead of speaking to the lovely girls in the UK. I had to deal with an ignorant person from South Africa. I even tried the credit department and spoke to a person from Roumania that had no idea what I was talking about. Ordered a printer - after 18 days of mostly ignored emails requesting a rough eta I requested a cancellation. Received an email confirming order cancelled. Next day I receive a phone call asking for credit card details. Pointed out that order cancelled and in any event had no credit card and had originally selected Paypal anyway. “Loss of business hours - ”

I am a self employed property manager who has lost 1 (now verging into 2!) weeks trading due to both Viking and Yodels inability to deliver a toner. Yes just 1 Samsung toner. After multiple phone calls and a complaint raised I was told to take a data stick into a printing shop and print out my urgent documents, I could then send my bill to Viking and they 'might' refund me the cost but Yodel was to blame. Ordered a filing cabinet 14 days ago, still not arrived! I am told I will receive a call from someone before the delivery. Surprise surprise. Not had a call.
