    Bad Points: they didnt all germinate so I wasnt happy bunny

    General comments: I bought four packets of Enorma Runner Bean seeds and out of each packet. got roughly 8 beans as the others didnt even come up and I had to go into Wilkinsons in Grays Essex and buy three more packs as I only got roughly 8 seeds that came up so I wasnt very happy as it has put me back a few weeks I always buy my seeds at Wilkinsons

    Wilkinson - I feel that the first comment here was written many years ago and is no longer relevant to the present standard found at all the Wilkinson store in my local area (Wiltshire). It is my first choice to find the things I want if I feel they might have, in their very large range of stock.

    Delivery should have been within 2 -3 days. They told me it would be delivered on tuesday between 8am and 6 pm. Item didn't turn up. Then they said its been confirmed for wednesday, been waiting in all day again and still I haven't received anything. still waiting. Cant take any more time off work so god knows what happens now.

    I love Wilkinson and will continue to shop there for ever more for their cheap prices. I totally disagree with some of the above comments that the store is only for people on budgets, the price are always kept low so you can spend your money on other things you might need. You'll always find a good bargain in Wilkes.

    I would like to see more DIY products on sale at Wilkinson especially paints and wallpaper. Wilkinsons has been offering the same range of wallpaper for a few years now. I would like more colours offered on emulsion paint as well. It will be helpful if wooden planks is on offer.

    Just look through the window of any Wilkinson store and inspect the staff and customers alike. The profile of a stereotypical Wilko employee and customer has become stigmatised and very cliched. The store certainly attracts an incalculable numbers of pensioners but in the main, Wilkinson is most famous for it's popular appeal for folks who appear to be receiving state handouts.     Wilkinson stores are generally open 08:30 until 18:00, but some stores in smaller towns and shopping centres tend to open at different times. To miss the crowds shop early in the morning 8:30 to 10:00 and before the store closes 16:30 to 18:00, or on a Sunday. Keep an eye out for bargains, warehouse clearances, end of range sales end of season sales. Special promotions such as multibuys.     I have been to a few Wilkinson shops up and down the country and have found them to be the same, mostly rubbish items. The layout of shops is terrible, no accomodation for disabled people or wheelchairs. Staff unfriendly and some quite rude. People on a low budget might find it useful, but the items look cheap as well as being cheap.

    Wilkinsons is a store that sells most things for the home and garden, they have a good selection of toiletries, the quality of most things is reasonable for the low prices they charge.
