    Good Points: Product selection and prices seemed good


    General comments: Performance of Millets website was so slow that I gave up once but returned to complete the order. Delivery was quoted as 3-5 working days - 5 working days have now passed and my order doesn't seem to have been processed yet. Details online say that I would be contacted if delivery is likely to be longer than 5 working days - received no contact as yet.Website says that Customer Services can be rung 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm. Just rung now (7pm on Wednesday) and informed that 'lines are now closed'.

    Customer Service seems so bad that it far outweighs the selection of products and the reasonable prices. I won't be buying anything else from them

    I ordered Millet's 'New and Exclusive' Butterfly 6ft Table Tennis Table Top -slots together, with free Net/Post set, 2 Sponge Bats, 2 balls.

    Only they're not free (I've paid £44.99 for 2 bits of painted board that doesn't ' slot together' and, so far haven't even received the 'free' bats etc anyway

    Millet's customer relationship seems to be appalling. I've sent numerous e-mails and haven't received a response yet. This is outrageous. Do you really want to deal with a company who trea ...

    There is so much competition online for our custom and it annoys me that when i spend hours shopping around to find the best deal that a company - that i have heard of - ends up being a ridiculous. I ordered some boots from Millets Sport via Amazon on March 8th. I was told they would be dispatched within 6-10 days. I waited that long and then called when it expired. I was told that it might be longer, but shouldn't be much. I then waited til the 25th March and called again. Only to be patronise ...
