Good Points: Build Quality excellent, Still looks like a motorcycle other than you have a 3rd wheel, frame and paintwork to a very high standard, welding of rear cradle to a very high standard, just can't find any fault.

Bad Points: Told a rack would be fitted on collection, but it got forgotten. Put it down to a very busy work schedule, but not a problem all sorted on day of collection.

General comments: I would recomend Trikeshop to any one wanting to buy a trike. The website (www.trikeshop.co.uk) gives you all the information you could possibly need. There is a whole section relating to the law with regard to trikes and this answers all the questions with regard to Licence's,helmet etc.

On contacting Trikeshop they were very helpful and at no time was I made to feel stupid with the questions that I was asking. A trip down was suggested and to make sure I did not waste time trying to find them, as Rumney is a little confusing, one of the staff met me at the services at junction 30 of the M4 and i was able to follow him to the workshops. On arrival I was made to feel very welcome, a cup of coffee appeared very quickly and then a walk around the workshop to see various motorcycles at different stages of conversion with full explanations of what was being done with each one. There were a few second hand models there but mostley bikes waiting for conversion. I was shown the Yamaha as it was thought this would actually suit my needs, at this time and should any addaptation be need as time goes on it would all be possible. I was taken for a test ride then given the opportunity to have ago myself. Once back at the workshops i was given another coffee and was able to ask any questions that had come to mind having been out for a ride, (a very different experience from riding a bike, believe me), a price was agreed plus they were happy to store the trike as I was not able to take delivery straight away and a deposit only was required at that time. When it came to collection I forwarded the balance plus the amount to cover the road tax and the insurance cover note so it was all taxed and ready to go when I arrived. I cannot fault trike shop they were so easy to deal with.
