Food is very well cooked and to an expert level. The waiting staff are very polite and well mannered and do not leave anyone unattended. I would recommend the Broadstairs branch to anyone as it was a very enjoyable experience.

Used to be a regular until service went down the pan. Last time I went the restaurant only had 4 or 5 tables with people sat down yet we waited 20 minutes and nobody came to even ask if we wanted drinks. We walked out and have never been back and will never go back.- Read Guest's review (52 words)

My first impression was that it was too noisy to have much of a conversation without shouting. We ordered our food at 7:45, at 8:00 we were told that they had run out of pizza (1/3 of the menu is pizza), this is very bad planning for a restaurant. The burger I had instead was nice but at £9 it should be. Went to bed at 11pm & was woken at 12 by my wife running to the toilet with severe stomach pains, several bouts of diarrhea later she came back to bed. After mild food poisoning and no ...- Read ryoden's review (110 words)

I love everything about this place, I think the food is beautiful, the atmosphere is fun and the service is good. It's just a good value for money place to go and ebjoy food.
If I was being very orqward I would say service could be improved as the bar staff were not as polite as the waiting staff, however nothings perfect.
Overall FANTASTIC!- Read Guest's review (64 words)

After having a great meal at Frankie and Benny's at Cheshire Oaks my daughter decided Frankie and Benny's was where she wanted to go with my partner and I to celebrate her 18th birthday. We opted the Lichfield/Tamworth branch as it was nearer home but in terms of quality of food and service it couldn't have been further away from our prevous experience even if it was on Mars. It was simply dreadful from start to finish. We waited 40 minutes for our food to be delivered. Kitchen staff seemed b ...- Read Guest's review (312 words)

Wow, I never thought you could get this level of service outside of the USA but Stonedale managed it tonight! Wonderful lady, on front of house duty, couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. The high standard of service was echoed by bartender who was a dab hand at the cocktail making and the waitress. We waited no time at all for our food which was delicious, hot and plentiful. Despite there being five seperate celebrating guests this evening, staff still made my daughter feel special on her ...- Read gallopingormet's review (117 words)

Ate at Frankie & Benny's this evening with our children service was very good apart from waitress was asked by children for a balloon and never brought it! food very expensive for what it is and was barely even warm thought it was just mine until my partner made the same comment. To make things worse on leaving the car park a RAT ran out in front of us!!! Never will be going again!!!- Read Guest's review (73 words)

Frankie & Benny's staff completely ignored self and husband, but families with children coming in after us were served quickly and with great attention. I found this to be very insulting - it's a restaurant, not Tumbletots. We eventually decided not to order food, as the waitresses were completely ignoring us, so decided just to have drinks which we had ordered on arrival. However, we were served with curdled milk with our tea - complained and were not charged for the tea, but a letter of com ...- Read bashstreetkid's review (117 words and 1 comment)

Our first and last time at frankie and bennys!,if this was a government run establishment it would be closed down.As we walked in the heat hit us like a hammer it was boiling then we noticed people standing outside wiping there brows!..we book a month in advance for our grandsons birthday and at the time of booking placed our orders as to speed things up, we shouldnt have bothered as it took 35 mins to get the starter then another 45 mins for the mains to arrive, we passed on the desert as we ne ...- Read Guest's review (218 words)

Went to Frankie & Benny's with the family - we were seated pretty quickly - but then had to wait 20 mins while someone returned to take our drink order. We then waited another 10 for the drinks to actually arrive.
Our food was terrible and tasteless. My sons sweet (a chocolate brownie) was frozen solid!
In short, terrible service, terrible food, very pricey for what you are getting and I will not be back.- Read Guest's review (72 words)

We took my son and daughter-in-law to the Chingford branch of Frankie and Benny's for a treat " we were really looking forward to this. We booked in advance and on arrival were seated next to a table with a screaming baby although the restaurant was almost empty. We sat at another table further away (yes, babies cry but you don ' t want it over your shoulder when you ' re trying to have a relaxing evening out, do you)?
It was a complete and utter disappointment right from the start and VERY em ...- Read elllie's review (636 words)

Frankie ' s and Benny's is the most horrid dining experience ever! Our food got brunt the 1st time round (we saw it get brunt as we were sitting next to the kitchen) we were not told by the staff.....so waited over 45mins for the main! When it did finally arrive there was NO "sorry for the delay", she just put our plates down and ran off. What did we find when we looked down' another 2 brunt pizza's and the other half of our order never turned up! The staff totally avoided eye contact!!

No quality control. Only one of two starters arrived - along with the main courses at Frankie & Benny's. Mains not hot when brought back to table. Cream in coffee well and truly off.- Read Guest's review (33 words)

Recently ate at Frankie and Bennys in Whitely Village near Southampton and found it to be a very pleasant experience. When we arrived there was a 15 minute wait for a table but as the baby needing feeding the woman at front of house showed us some chairs and warmed his milk for me. She came over to us about 2 or 3 times to say that the customers were nearly finished/table being cleared. I really liked this as we didn't feel like we were forgotten about.
At the table our waiter was very help ...- Read oliversmumplusone's review (144 words)
