11/04/13 went to the Metze way KFC in Gloucester where I failed totally to complete an order because the young Asian lad behind the counter could not understand what I was asking for nor could i understand a word he said. As a regular user of KFC I am fully conversant with the products and how to ask for what I want . My last experience of KFC put me off for life. I went there with my three children and struggled to find a clear, clean table. There were only a few people there but the tables had simply not been cleared. I cleared one and had to wipe the table myself. I use wet wipes from my baby's bag and was shocked at how filthy the table was. It took five wet wipes to make the table useable. I'm a bit of a KFC addict, which is annoying because I hate dealing with these people. I've ordered lots of KFC from a lot of different branches and the story is usually the same: - 90% of my orders have been wrong. Yes, 90%. Really. Wrong sides, wrong size drink, forgot the fries, most commonly is they never remember to put the hashbrown on when I tower my burger. i work for KFC and it is hard to get all orders right you should try working there and see if you forget the drinks orcan make the chicken cook faster

EVERYBODY is talking about the poor quality chicken that is served in KFC across Canada. The pieces are small greasy and the bones are black for some odd reason. But the real problem is the KFS (see Urban Dictonary Term). Three hours after eating KFC the gut wrenching cramps set in and you must seek a washroom immediately. The adverts for KFC are a joke! Do they seriously think we believe that their staff are artisan chiefs who take pride in every wing they coat with the secret bread crumbs? Seriously? In the old days you could go to K.F.C and the quality would always be top notch, about 10 or more years ago when they used to make biscuits. In recent years the quality has diminished. I was so disappointed with KFC I decided to write to them...well that was a waste of time, just a letter saying thanks but no intention of changing. I'm a KFC London restaurants client for four years. I moved to Cardiff and tried to go to KFC 127 Queen Street Cardiff with a few friends but I had to give up.The staff was very nice but the restaurant always dirty. I am 18 and I work full time at the KFC in Macon MO. (I am the youngest of the workers) I've heard many complaints from people online an from people that go to different KFC's. Apparently issues with service and quality are common, But I guarantee if you come to Macon Mo's KFC you will be greeted with a smile and leave happy. We even try to save you money!!!! (read more)

and this really needs to be said... this is the only kfc that you go to and they either dont have it or dont want to cook it.. and when they do decide to give you what you ask for they get the order wrong even if your the only person in the place...

I remember years ago when you went to Kentucky for a treat and the food was great, maybe now I'm older my tastebuds have adapted to what grease really tastes like.
I was served by a girl that seemed like she had better places to be than there taking my order, I did state clearly that I wanted the 3-piece meal and I was given the 2-piece, perhaps a blessing in disguise as I would have left the 3rd piece anyway.

Kfc is a wonderful family-orietentated resturant with quality food and excellent service. For the large family buffet you get several pieces of chicken, fries, a 2 litre bottle of Pepsi and side orders of corn on a cob, beans or coleslaw. And at a reasonable price at about £10-£13.
What I personally liked about KFC was the quality of the chicken they served. It was warm, crispy and delightful to eat. There could be a downside on the greasiness of the tables because the staff was wiping them...

KFC is pretty much hit and miss, however most of their branches are utter rubbish. The chicken is slimey and grey. The coatings are terrible and the places generally run by dirty, scruffy looking people. Go to the smaller branch on Streatham High Road at your own peril, there is a cleaner there that deems it fit to sweep around your ankles whilst you eat which is rather rude. I went to KFC on the 18th March 2009. My mum and dad had some chicken wings and me and my brother both had a large popcorn with beans. We had a sprite and a coke to drink. The wait at the one at Stafford next to Pizza Hut was good there was no wait straight in and went to order. The staff were all dressed properly and smart and their uniforms were not dirty. KFC was full it looked busy, we waited in the queue and when it came our turn to order we had to wait for it to be prepared also there was only coleslaw as the side order. We waited about 20min and noted the people who were in KFC were also waiting for orders. The chips were cold the chicken was only warm and the coating was soggy we had one box of popcorn chicken and a 2nd much smaller box ,about 1/4 of the size of the first box. I love KFC! It's my favourite fast food restaurant. The chicken is of a high standard and the fries are delicious! I also love all the different flavoured dipping sauces. The desserts are beautiful but the bad thing about the desserts are that they are of small quantity. I have had no previous problems with KFC and I love going there! The only bad thing is it is very high in fat and salt.
Apart from that I would highly recommend that this is the best tasting fast food restaurant!

Earlier this year I spent a month in Pakistan and was delighted to see many western Franchises such as McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Subway as well as non franchise restaurant chains such as Nandos. Glad to see this review as i have noticed this in my local kfc in croydon area the chicken is so tasteless these days,If its not tasteless is dryed up or both
