Good Points: Clean, Friendly, Good Atmosphere.
Bad Points: Security at the door due to possible terrorism, although not the fault of KFC.
General comments: Earlier this year I spent a month in Pakistan and was delighted to see many western Franchises such as McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Subway as well as non franchise restaurant chains such as Nandos. I happened to come across a few KFCs too and visited one in Faisalabad. Up until that point the chicken I'd tasted was tough and stringy. They weren't hens which cost more and are used for egg production and hardly ever for meat. KFC however had the same soft chicken and same flavour too which was a very welcome experience. It's worth mentioning that Subway tasted the same too.

Why do the standards and quality of the KFC products vary ,I was under the impression that the coating on the chicken was a standardised recipe. So why does it vary in look, texture and taste, from one restaurant to another. Poor, cheap chicken is the order of the day. The meat is often wet, excessively fatty and grey and black in colour. Reading these reviews they are similar to my experience when visiting the KFC on the Mount Pleasant. I am getting totally fed up with them getting the order wrong.
Even though I told them repeatedly what I wanted.
Some staff I've dealt with have seemed unhelpful and rude to me and I feel that lately they never deliver what i want. The good side is the food is great especially HOT RODS just make sure you have all the items you ordered in the bags.

When visiting the KFC on the docks at Preston Lancashire I am getting totally fed up with them getting the order wrong, even though I told them repeatedly what I wanted. Also, when the restaurant is closed I have to take my food back to the serving window risking life and limb doing so as I am competing with cars passing through the drive-thru. This concerns both kfc in wakefield, and poole in dorset,
wakefield = the place is dirty, the staff rude, lazy, terrible personnel hygine, the food is either cold, or they run out.

We visited the KFC in somerset, my son was excited about going to the movies after dinner and wouldn't eat. We had to wait over four minutes at the new Kings Lynn Norfolk with our food sitting on the side going cold as the staff chatted. I personally wasn't happy with the service. I also thought the staff were rude and the service was slow.

I only go to KFC as a last resort. The one in Stratford in London normally has queues and has dirty tables, but I have never eaten in there.
The Chicken is watery, and the topping is cooked too long and is hard.
I have been to others who were 100% better, even though this wouldn't be hard.

The restaurant was well lit, but when we got our meals and sat down we started to notice how dirty the restaurant was. We didn't finish our meals.
I won't eat at the KFC in the Metro Centre again.

My suggestion is that they should start to offer Halal Chicken so that they can have loads of customers from different communities who believe in having Halal meat. Like the KFC franchises in different countries where they use Halal meat. They should start offering it in Europe as well; this would result in a huge increase in business for KFC. There are a lot of people who would love KFC, but they can't have it because the they only eat Halal meat.

I rarely visit the KFC in my area, because the majority of the times I do visit, the service isn't good. It's either poor quality service or poor quality food. However, I visited that same restaurant the day before, and the food and service was good, In fact, I was shocked. I knew it was too good to be true. I'm not sure if I will be visiting the LaPlace, LA KFC restaurant in the future.

OK, so it is fast food, which is not always the healthiest option, but great for the occasional treat if you're in a hurry and feeling peckish!
I can honestly say we have never had a bad KFC meal from any of the four branches in the Exeter area. If fast food is the only option, then we prefer this to any of the other fast food outlets, which consist mainly of Burgers. I was very disappointed with the service at their Rugby chain.
The KFC assistant who took my order assumed I wanted to "Max", when I said I wanted the 3 portion variety meal. I had to correct her twice. The same assistant took my cash and handed me a drink; the lid was not on correctly so some drink got spilt. Meanwhile, she took an order but left my meal on the counter of the kiosk. After a hard day at work, I decided to pick up a KFC for my partner and myself. After ordering a deluxe boneless meal (8 pieces of chicken, 4 chips, 2 popcorn chicken, 2 large sides, 4 dips and a bottle of Pepsi), I find out they have no side orders, dips or Pepsi. I have been there before when they have had NO CHICKEN! I keep thinking the place will get better!

We went to KFC last night after coming out of the theatre and were surprised to find that after a 5-10 minute wait to get to the order point of the drive-thru, that there was no chicken left - on a Tuesday! KFC is the best fast food going. The variety bucket is excellent for a few mates who are extremely hungry. Cheap and great tasting, miles better than McDonalds. Shame their chips aren't as good though.

We always visit the KFC restaurant in Bridgend at about 4-5pm. The car park looks like an industrial waste site. Entrance doors and windows are filthy. Chairs floors and hand rails are greasy. Flooring is dangerous to walk on. On our last visit on 24/05/06 there were no wet wipes for hands. No carton plates. Bottled drinks were warm as usual. The tables were sticky. I dread to think of the state of the cooking area.

I always buy a 14 piece family feast from KFC at least twice a month. When I got home I found that my order was short, and the chicken was under cooked, which I had to finish cooking myself.
