    Where to start...
    As a family, we used to love pizza hut in chippenham and would have a 'hut' for a family night out...
    This all changed when we had our first bad experience. The restuarant was quite busy so we were happy to wait for our starters.. however, they never arrived instead we recieved our main meals, then when we questioned the waiter about our starters, they arrived cold a few moments later.

    Staff are rude and clearly do not want to be of any assitance.Their so called "pizza"does not resemble a real pizza in the slightest,dripping with grease from cheddar cheese and burnt,poor quality meat.They served me the wrong starter and main, and after attempting to eat the main,20 minutes later i was rushing to the toilet being sick.     I think that pizza hut is a very good place to eat. It has very good pizza and I LOVE to eat there.

    I call to order a stuffcrust pizza and 10 buffalo wings at 10:50 am and they told me a will get it at 11:30 and thay din't show up untill 12:05pm so i call to cancel then the manager start acting all mean to me so i call pizza hut hotline to place my insatifacion wiht the service they provide me then i went to papa john and they really treat me good not a pizza hut costumer anymore!

    Always a very pleasant staff. Very bubbly and out-going and one waitress was so sweet with my daughter! my daughter loves the breadsticks and ask if we can eat at pizza hut all the time.

    Hi,

    We went to Pizza Hut in Harrow last week. The food was ok, but the service was bad. The waiter was not that nice, told our daughter that they dont provide children with baloons. later on we saw other children running around with baloons, so when we confronted him he tried to make it as if we didnt ask him. he brought the bill without even asking him, justifying as they dont keep the table longer than 2 hours. he should have told us from the very begining, so could have gone somewhere else.

    we go Pizza Hu on a regular basis and it is very family orientated. food great but is expensive for a kids fun meal out but generally a great place and friendly staff

    Pizza Hut is gross!

    The service is rediculously slow, the food is horrible and you're surrounded with kids running around.

    We ordered the wedges as starters and the a pizza and pasta to share betweent the two of us. At first the wedges that arrived on the table was cold and we didn't realise until one of us bit into it.     Really disapointed with Pizza Hut, Ceaser salad just lettuce, a few scraggy bits of chicken and croutons, pizza, well, I get better from the corner shop for £1.99P and the wine was so weak a child could have drunk it with no adverse affects. My first, and, certainly my last!

    My local pizza hut is half a mile away, but they can't offer delivery because another store covers my area, which is about one and a half miles away. This other store will no longer deliver to my area, so I don't have any delivery service at all (I live in Birmingham, so hardly out in the sticks). I have written to them to get it changed but they ignore me, so obviously they don't want the custom of me or anyone in my area. They are hopeless, what a waste of potential business.

    AVOID ORDERING FOR DELIVERY. I completed (and paid) an online order for delivery .
    Then after 20 minutes I received a message on my voicemail saying that they did not have my address for delivery. So I phoned back and also mentioned that I had provided my full address online (it is required for the order), so I thought there was a glitch on their online ordering application.     Went to Pizza Hut Chichester with my parents after a day out. The service was very slow, and when the waitress did take our order she informed us that they had run out of a lot of the items on the menu. I could not have a mozzerella pasta meal, and also garlic bread was not available, which is what my parents wanted as a starter.     I live in Coolidge and there is really NO WHERE to get delivery aside from Pizza Hut and Dominos. In the past the Pizza Hut driver that delivered to my house was always rude and short with me. I just kind of accepted it since I dont really have any other options in Coolidge, however last week I ordered a pizza and a NEW driver showed up, he had to be the NICEST guy ever!     Unquestionably Pizza Hut wise is very good. All food tastes really well, but people seem to forget there's more things than you think on the menu. And the reason why people say service happens to SUCK, is BECAUSE there's SO MANY PEOPLE ordering pizza through the phone and through pick-up. The food is made in the store, on the spot.     Pizza Hut branch in Braehead shopping centre, Glasgow. Food not the best. I asked for caesar salad and there was no dressing or cheese added as there is meant to be. This has happened twice now. They don't like you sitting in certain areas. Staff seemed friendly enough. Branch in Ayr/Kilmarnock, Scotland.Food is great, it's hot and it's served quickly. Staff are friendly. Quickly take you to your seats and always check to see if you need anything.

    Employees put hair in my soda.Today, Friday May 22nd, 2009 I had a disgusting experience at Pizza Hut that would make anyone never want to go there again. I went to the Franklin Mills Mall, Philadelphia, PA location to dine in and get the lunch buffet.     Pizza Hut are rude, a huge lack of customer service and a lack of coordination between staff. I ended up having a huge argument with the manager as he would not apologise for the mistake he made and tried to blame it all on me saying i'd ordered wrong. Never going there again

    My husband and I have always liked Pizza Hut. We were heading North after a month spent in Florida. We stopped at Pizza Hut in Lexington, Va. We did not visit the restroom before eating as we used Purel to clean our hands. We have chosen to eat the buffet so we could eat right away. Food was not the best we have had but mediocre.
