I ordered a pizza and waited for 2 hours for pizza and then I called them about it but they said 'they don't take orders at the time' (or something like that) and should've said it in the delivery section but it didn't say it? If you want to save your Franchise, you had better join Undercover Boss. Actually, I think you all need to get out of the office and review the service at all your Pizza Hut stores. I just had the worst experience at the Dockside Pizza Hut Store in Chatham. We had to wait and wait for someone to take our order until I actually had to go up and say we were ready, then wait again. One of the best pizzas around. I love the franchise and I am a big fan of their crusty cheesy pizzas. You can easily tell that they put much love in preparing every pizza as they are always delicious and just gotten outside the oven. The Pizza Hut brand has been loosing steam consistently over the past years; empty restaurants, poor service, high priced food that never feels worth it. My husband and I have tried thier take out a few times when they've had a promotion but somehow it always turns out to be just as expensive as they're regular pricing as they nickle and dime you on every little item ($1 per dipping sauce). We've been Pizza Hut lovers for years but no more. Customer service at the store is pretty bad and it seems the staff would rather talk amongst themselves than deal politely with their customers. On two consecutive visits they got our order wrong. We have discovered Dominoes. Great service, and the pizza's were actually hot when we got them home. Completely shambolic! Staff are more interested in messing about loudly in the kitchen than serving you. When they do finally notice you've been waiting for them to take Ur order for 10minutes they rudely see to you. Not that what you get is what you asked for of course! Really friendly organised staff, clean and tidy great service and the 5 pizza we ordered arrived looking great.... HUGE disappointment!! Worst pizza ever and a waste of money. My son usually lives pizza and eats at least 3 slices . This time we tried Pizza Hut delivery . He didn't even eat half a slice. What a rip off . Did our order online, asked for a stuffed crust meat feast and a bottle of 7-up to be delivered at 6:30pm. It ended up arriving ten minutes late, no major shakes I thought. Got the pizza indoors, opened it up and it looked like someone had trod on it and delivered it on its side. After unrolling and reconstructing our pizza it was lukewarm at best. I go into the restraunt with my mum and dad and we're greeted by a friendly man. His first words were '' We have no starters with garlic bread and we only have deep pan pizza'' This was at 7:30 almost 2 hours efore closing time! They need to stock up more on their goods. Unfortunately last night I didn't enjoy my pizza, as a chef I don't usualy eat take away but didn't feel like cooking so decided to order pizza. The waitor didn't know anything about whether the robinsons squash was refillable and continued to pursue his thoughts without listening to the customer and then having to double check! I used to love Pizza Hut. When I was growing up a trip to pizza hut would be a real treat. Then they started the "All-you-can-eat" buffet as I got into my teens and university years. Oh dear... I specifically requested that the pizza didn't arrive before 7pm & it came at 6.45pm with a salad that I hadn't ordered .So I phoned to point this out the manager said he would re do my order if I wanted but I declined this, put them in the oven & when we came to eat them my farmhouse pizza was actually a hawaiin. i am in absolute disgrace over this pizza hut, ordered £45 worth of food and all of it wasnt cooked right, was bland, tasted doey and full of flour, couldnt taste no tomato puree, was like as if they couldnt be bothered to cook it.
