Ever since the mcdonalds in plano texas at coit and legacy switched to a 24 hour restaurant there has been one thing that has stood out to me. The great customer service. I come in at the stragest of hours and no matter how late I am greated with a friendly face. Tthe employe that has stuck out the most is christian. I walked into McDonalds today (Sunday June 2nd, 2013) in Shawnessy Calgary, AB Canada. The employee took about 20 minutes to realize I was waiting in line... I was at the front. She asked me with a grungy voice "What do you want?" I told her and I paid. 10 minutes later she comes up to the counter and asks what I got again... 14 minutes later she got the order wrong. Recently I have visited two McDonalds in Devon both have excellent staff. One is in Exeter and the other in Tiverton. First the one in Exeter I found the staff to be very helpful and was served with a smile and speed. I took my order back to my table listened to nice music chilled out for about half an hour then was on my way. Terrible, Terrible customer service. Never had encountered such inept employees and manager. They argued with me about how much money they should give me back. All the food I purchase had hair. My older daughter was the only one who found no hair on her burger, so she ate it. She found it on her fries, so that's why the manager argued we could not get all of our money back. I love Mcdonalds, even if it is unhealthy, now, I'm 16 and every Sunday night my mother's money goes into the bank at around 10:30pm, since we live close to both a bank AND Mcdonalds I can get a meal before closing time. On Monday April 22 at 6:30am I am going thru the drive thru window at McDonald in Amite, La, due to time issues of going to the airport to catch a flight. I was asked to pull forward and did so, I then proceeded to run into the McDonald's and go the the restroom while waiting on a gravy biscuit. I love mcdonalds. Always quick and easy. At this one particular location I keep having the hardest time. The McDonald's in chilliwack on luckukuck way is the worst one i have ever been in. It is always very messy and dirty. The staff can never get your order right the first time. I thought it was fast food... Well I always end up waiting a least 10 minutes and the food is still cold. The floors never are clean and the tables are never wiped off. Moe McDonalds needs a full overhaul! Arrive 7am only customer in the store. Four staff look at me, no greeting, all four turn their backs on me and I wait 12 minutes before being served. The mcdonalds on west 26 st in Erie pa always provides friendly service. I have never had a problem with any of the workers being rude, unlike another, more expensive coffee and baked goods chain down the street. The workers at mcdonalds always smile and are very courteous. They even suggest ways to save money on your order(because I don't eat breakfast meat). Very pleased with the service I receive there! We love McDonald's for many reasons. We get our food quickly and it tastes terrific. They give us our drinks quickly and they are very refreshing. Our favorite foods at McDonald's are fries and hamburgers. They followed my directions when I said no pickles. When we go inside, it is very clean. The workers were very nice and friendly. Went to Donalds in ballymena. The aim was tp grab a quick bite to eat and then get back to work as soon as possible. After visiting Llandudno Juction McDonalds with a friend, we were both highly impressed with customer service and speed of service. All staff were extremely polite, well mannered and looked the part. It's midnight, just left work yet I'm probably the politest customer this fat little guy has had. I ordered large fries and a fish fillet. I just love McDonald's!!!!!!!!! The taste is absolutely unique and amazing as well as the dips they provide!!!!!!!! The portion size are flexible and everyone can enjoy a meal based on individual preferences!! Everytime I want to eat at these Mcdonalds, it's always difficult to find a seat. Customer come here to eat. There are no seats available as there are alot of people studying there. I had mcdonalds at inside diner almondvale centre livingston. I ordeted the big tasty with Bacon when i got it and sat down with my son with his happy meal. I lifted my burger and because of so much dressing the while bun fell apart in my hand totally unable to be eaten. I wasted my money will never dine at mcdonalds again nor recommend. Don’t ever go to McDonald’s over by the college in Fort Dodge Iowa because there have been robberies, the food tastes nasty. There have been rats, mice and cockroaches all over the place, even hair in the food. I have yet to meet someone who isn't a die-hard fan of McDonald's. Unfortunately, however, I know plenty who don't eat there because of various health problems they happen to get there. If it wasn't for those-and the universal acknowledgement that fast food is bad for you McDonald's would have surely received its 5 stars.
